Can we Takeover LAP (Loan against property) by way of Overdraft or Dropline overdraft Facility?

Question- Can we takeover the existing running LAP by way of OD or Dropline overdraft?
Answer: Yes provided that the LAP is invested in business and there is no financial difficulty in the client's business for repayment of EMI.

Lap approval hi nai deta
Lap ke GH ki approval chaiye jo next to impossible hai
Aur I’ve heard ki audit issue bhi aa sakta hai internal takeover ke case mai.
