  • These are 3 movements that I have really enjoyed implementing myself and working on with clients to help improve posture, boost energy levels, relieve back pain and feel more balance in the body. These are relatively unconventional moves, yet all 3 have been much more helpful than simply stretching tightness endlessly.

Thanks for these spine rotation Chase. Do we swap leg and rotate as well or just balance on just one like you did in the video?

Stink test experiment: please test...wash your hiking clothes (t-shirts, pants, socks underwear, hats scarfs etc whatever you shall be wearing, including shoes). Once done re soke everything in a large sink, bath etc in warm water which contains a good amount of baking soda for at least 30 min. Rinse. Spin in a washing machine, and leave to dry or use tumble dryer until dry. Before you go hiking put your feet in a small tub of water containing baking powder... And also put some baking powder under your arm pits etc. after some time say 10 min..dry your self etc...the idea is that baking powder is a natural germ killer and deodoriser. If there is no bacteria present on your clothes and self you should not stink.. at least not to quickly.. then go on your hike... Please test for how much longer you stay stink free.. thanks a fan from the tiny island of Malta

Do it all headloaded, and 10x the effects.

Head loaded meaning a weight on the head like African carry style? That kind makes sense in terms of gaining a sense of length in the spine through feedback. I have a qi gong inspired routine I may share here soon. Be gentle with your feedback on that one 😂

    • @Healingisfree

@@ChaseMountains my brother, I am so glad to hear you will share qi gong soon. And fret not, these are some of the most natural things we do as beings of this life force…dogs, horses, lions, all these are our best qi gong teachers, along with trees, and the rest of nature. Just be and feel as you flow through it breath, and I am sure it will be beautiful and well-received. All your content I have seen so far is great, and thanks for all you do. If you ever want to discuss headloading, which I think I may actually be the first/only person (at least contemporary) who has figured this out yet…truly a development of inner genius over years doing bodywork, qi gong and dealing with my own body pain experiences (esp severe wisdom teeth pain which really started this headloading for me, I think, about 2.5 yrs ago). And, now I am ready to say that, if this is not the single greatest full body/mind movement method in the world…I am open to learning what is superior to headloaded movements, and wonder if by adding headloading to other modes would take them all to the next level…some movements won’t work, but many do. Yes, this headloading concept means placing weight (I started with #20 medicine ball, and rec starting w less for most people) directly on crown of head…simply expand into wuji posture…send ball up to heaven…erect spine, reducing all curves…root down thru feet with weight assisting from top of head all the way down…
Standing headloaded and shaking like a dog aka trembling horse qi gong move is a great way to start headloading..simply stacking all the bones w headload and purging breath. But, if there is any one key, it is purging breath, horse, lion or other, fully exhaling open mouth before inhaling silently into nose.
Benefits I have experienced myself in 2.5yrs, mostly the past 6 months doing more and more:
      1) improved situation w jaw, tmj, etc…wisdom teeth feel GREAT now..zero pain, very strong
      2) Sinuses way way clearer
      3) I have grown an inch!! I am over 40…
      4) Much stronger joints, tendons and ripped muscles, esp around neck and shoulders..but injury bulletproofed head to toe
      5) It looks like I found a fountain of youth…and more
I would love to discuss all of this w you one day Chase! Love to have you intro this to your audience if you dig it, and you can help me develop this, I am in research phase, and want lots of people starting out slow and helping me build universal protocols. You can submit the form at my website and I’ll get right back to you or lmk how to contact you to schedule a chat!
Til then, thanks for all you do brother Chase ☯️🌞❤️

@@ChaseMountains yes, exactly! I just typed out a long reply but apparently it didn’t post…but I would love to connect w you about this, and at least chat privately or ideally on a live. Qi Gong and headloading posture correction, and all the stuff you are about, it all fits together. And that is great news that you are putting out some qi gong, that is great, and fret not bc you are a developing master on your path and any doubt you have about you doing qi gong and it being good enough is just in your head. Be that dog shaking off the water, the trembling horse, and lion, and know that you can’t help but do qi gong when you be your self in the most natural ways.

The wall cogs remind me of cat-cow... Are they equivalent? If not what is the difference we need to pay attention to?

    • @ChaseMountains
      @ChaseMountains  26 днів тому +6

The main difference is that in this movement you’re on your feet. So your brain can understand how it relates to posture and foot based movement.
