You are welcome, Mel. You were a breath of sanity and clarity at a time when I thought I was losing my mind. It's amazing how far I've come in the two years I've been on this journey. I don't post comments anymore on the "twin flame" topic, but I felt the need to say something here. It's my turn to contribute something and we each have our mission. This is incredibly interesting. I have in the past two years changed my diet to plant based. Last September I picked all the grapes 🍇 from a friends grape vine and I had bags full . When I returned home I prepared the grapes and enthusiastically popped them slowly through my juicer and within no time I had juiced a pint of fresh organic red grape juice . I proceeded to drink the juice and half a glass in I had the most unbelievable experience throughout my body. I have for the past few months told a few of my friends and it’s been quite a giggle as to what it was that gave me such a high. I’m glad I found you because you have just explained to me me exactly what was going on . I look forward to my day today with a fresh outlook. Thank you ❤️

this framework gives context to the experience i had of meeting a "twin flame". they were not ready for it and decided not continue it. when it ended after only several months, there was an explosion in my heart, rather consciously and intentionally, i surrendered to it when it happened. as a result, instead of experiencing an implosion in my heart (one i might add, even in the moment, i felt aware that my body and mind and will to live wouldleave my body) which i felt was immediately imminent, I experienced an energetic expansion in my heart chakra. it was very visceral and even physical. within three months i met a second "twin flame". i felt that the effect of meeting the first "twiin flame" changed me, transformed me that would make senses using what you describe in this video. we had a several year relationsship they eventually literally ran from. now, three years later, they are going through an awakening and decidinng what to do about what they now know regarding our realtionship.
Thank you so much for this - I think I have a clearer understanding now. I am an older female who has always attracted younger men - I seem to connect with them more fully and although I believe that we are here to learn from each other I have always view myself and another as equal. I have taken a lot of flack from society about this - I would add that I look nowhere near my real age (or my age in numbers of earth years ☺️). One of the problems I have encountered is that some younger people are very uncomfortable with age differences - maybe one of the things is that I am in their lives to show that age is just a number and it has more to do with connection than anything else. Problems arise here when they have people around them who put them down for this! It's an intetesting one, because people are far more accepting of older men with younger women than they are with younger men and older women - at the moment any way!! I honestly believe that I have learnt as much from them as I have given - everything is an exchange on some level. I love what you say about our different 'sheet' levels and the extra chakras, it just makes so much sense. Thank you again for this.

Thank you. My twin flame was a player . We never had a relationship in 3d. Then he
went with a woman then went gay. All we did for each other was the activation. I loved him. I do not know what he thought but his whole life turned upside down. I cried for four years and I did a lot of work and am trying to change too. I have suffered trying to figure it all out. We went through the repulsion stage the last 11/2 years. He was the runner. Recently he has been at the entrance of my community as if waiting for me or taunting me. We were 13 1/2 years different in age. I do not want to talk to him. We have been in separation 5 1/2 years. I cannot see a union in 3d. I get tired of people saying that we are not twin flames. I have accepted it all. Sometimes I resent that this happened to me.
I wouldnt tell others that u have a twin flame, not everyone believes in soul connections. I'm 18 yrs old and I have 2 soul connections, one is my tf who is almost a month younger than me and the other is a friend of mine and he is 3 months younger, and my friend he doesnt believe in the metaphysical or in the paranormal so to say.. I honestly believe that me and him have a soul connection bc we had gone through a period were our friend ship got tested and we never gave up on each other, we were distant but never gave up on one another. The point is that everyone has there own believes and when it comes to soul connections whether their twin flames or just a basic soul connection I honestly think this is something u should keep to yourself, bc people will think your crazy and that energy can interfere and mixed up with your if your aura isnt strong enough. Me and my friend have different beliefs but I've learned to accept that people will always have different beliefs and u cant change that, even if u have a soul connection with this person their beliefs are theirs and your beliefs are yours, I respect my friends beliefs and he respects mine so I dont try to convince him of anything and neither does he. I am a woman, and I am 29 years older than mine; he's a young man, and our background is totally different: I am Asian, he's white, I am from Asia, and he's from the US, but never mind any of that, we hit every sign that when the Twin Flames meet each other the first time, and my mind experienced unbearable missing obsession when we separated! Our relationship is purely felt in our hearts and our energy because we're co-workers. If we started to touch each other, we might have trouble stopping, so we both restrained ourselves. We never touch each other's skin in the 3D world, only in my night dream! We're now in separation and no contact period; we can still see each other on social media, but he's keeping himself very quiet, so I am not sure what he's up to. I miss him so much! However, I have learned to pull the energy back on myself, not focus on him. I am sure if he's my Twin, we'll cross our path again one day!

The title drew me to the video Mel, but it was your explanation of the energetic transference of the positive level of knowledge and the negative aspects transference between the two entities, THAT was what I had been seeking for 2 years. I felt like an Atom bomb shock wave hit me when our eyes met, don't know what he got as we separated too quickly after falling apart, but man oh man, did I ever receive HIS download! I'm 33 and my Twin Flame is 47. I have known him since I was 23. I saw him and I was like whoa! I know him. I was told he was my twin by psychics but I already knew when I met him. I met him in a place I never should have been and I was in a very toxic relationship at the time with someone my own age. We eventually came into union when I was 29 but last year in April he took off after we discussed marriage and moving in together. A week before running away from the connection he asked me if I had ever been sexually abused. I had as a child but suppressed it. Now he's gone and I'm here trying to work through childhood trauma. I miss him so much sometimes I become physically ill. There was never any toxicity in this connection. I do think we became codependent because we blocked out the rest of the world but I have never felt so much pain in my life from a seperation. I need some relief.

And I just want to speak on something, and support a greater understanding of something which I often observe as commonly confused in the spiritual community--especially the sacred partnership community. And that is free will. Free will is so misunderstood in Westernized culture. Free will not the illusionary option to "choose" something other than what is--this is personal will. Free will is the possibility of opening one's awareness to receiving exactly what is presenting itself, because of a deeper trust available that what is actually presenting itself is, in truth "what I long for", rather than identifying with the mind's conditioning to "choose to move away from what's arising/occurring because I falsely identify myself as the one wanting something else/more/better/less" than what is presenting itself. Free will is an intention to consciously dive honestly into now, while personal will is used to avoid the now, as an attempt to "get what I want for myself so I can feel safe and at a distance from pain". Free will is the possibility, in every moment, to surrender in trust to the perfect, sacred orchestration of consciousness. So it is the temporary APPEARANCE of a choice, so that, at some point within this maturing, one rests in deeper and deeper direct relationship with one's being, which is always moved consciously, and which is in a constant state of grounded choicelessness. Free will is the appearance of a bridge, bridging the illusionary experience of an individuated consciousness using personal will and that of surrendering to divine will, where one recognizes that every moment is being carried by pure intelligence and love, an intelligence of which no "one" is separate from. So, even if kundalini is building intensely and releasing through the body and this is obviously out of anyone's control, free will can be utilized in that moment to relax into the energetics rather than contract, to surrender to it rather than resist, to trust rather than fixate on shifting the experience to something the mind believes to be more pleasurable or less overwhelming/painful/scary. The recognition within free will is that this intelligence, which is moving everything in every moment, does not require any of my conditioned mental interference. It requires only that I get out of the way, relax and surrender identifying with control. It requires I resolve to simply receive. This is the gift of free will. To come into relationship with god/source/beingness through vigilantly surrendering control. To recognize that receiving the offering presenting itself in this moment, exactly as it is, is how one cultivates a deepening relationship with divine will. This is when one comes into conscious partnership with Self.
This is an absolutely beautiful explanation. I know this is true because I experience this in my life now. To be able to do this is a relief and a joy. It is a life of constant surprises and I am only on the beginning journey. Thank you for the clarity in which you wrote this.
My DM is 10 years older than me. I'm 38 and he's 48. The age difference has held him back despite all the signs and synchronicities. The signs keep coming and lots of dreams too, but he's so wrapped up with work that I don't know when our union will happen. He wants to focus on being friends right now and I'm thankful for that. We are both really attracted to each other but he lives very far away. I'm on the west coast and he is way over on the east coast. The 5D version of him visits me often in dreams. I wonder how long it will take the 3D version to catch up. There is still lots of work to do, but we could be so amazing together. I'm not bothered by the age difference. In fact I'm turned on by how much older he is. :)

My DM is 19 years older than I am. He has decided it is too much of a difference for him and I accept that that is where he is at. I love him and hope that someday we can have some kind of a loving relationship that works for us. For now, I am walking my path and sending him love and light.

This guy has changed my whole view on the twin idea, I'm less and less concerned every day with being with my soul connection in the physical. Knowing deep down that the whole reason I started into all this stuff was for growth anyway. Kind of takes the fun and romance out of it a little, but clears the air and the heart, knowing that once I've completed this twin part of the process the ability to attract someone and connect deeply will happen much more naturally and easily

I really appreciate your perspective. I agree that this is an awakening, and that change is sometimes a struggle in it’s purging and releasing, and that makes it feel like a “dark night of the soul.” The struggle is sometimes a necessary part of the experience of awakening. We can’t get lost in it, but by allowing it, we can move through it and regain balance. Just taking it one day at a time, myself, and doing the best I can. I am 18 years older than my tf. We met when I was 63 and he was 45. We looked the same age together, but we both had our own lives and I was stupidly shy. I kept backing away and he moved on. Likely because he was very interested in making it sexual, and I was scared to death!!!!
My DM is 19 years older, but truly has the energy/essence of that of someone ten plus years younger. Our situation is complicated to say the least. Lots of years (especially for him) invested in other relationships. Likelihood of full union for us is very slim. And I am working hard to come in to full surrender and "letting it be" or accepting that it may never happen.
I think you're correct in that this connection much more difficult for the males to navigate..especially with long-term (but lifeless)marriages, estate, and family burdens. While we are both well-aware of the depth and meaning of our connection, my DM is struggling with all of this especially hard. I'm trying to be compassionate and understanding. I just don't feel that it's my place to push him into any major decisions. I'm just trying to take it slowly and carefully considering... trying to figure out what's really best for me.

What I've come to realize & experience personally, especially through the Twin Flame experience, is that the creative energy force that blew the universe into existence is inseparable from the the characteristics of Love in it's purest & most organic form...pure energy...pure power. What we have come to understand love to be, as a result of old programming & distortions, has caused Love to become, in our minds, a belief...completely limited it's very nature to an emotional experience that lacks any true value other that of perpetual procreation & self gratification. I do believe that Love is exactly this Source Creative Energy that you refer to.💗 I felt it worth mentioning because when we realize that these two aspects are one & the same, we have the ability to rectify the distortions associated with Love & begin to apply the proper meaning to a word that was meant to communicate something about a ground breaking & life changing experience...of power...& not of some limited & watered-down experience based off of fleshed-out desire. 🌟🔥🔥🔥 I believe that the Twin Flame connection instantaneously rectifies that distortion by it's very nature...pure Source Energy at it's finest...unconditional love...fierce as fire & as gentle as a dove...all at once.🔥💗🔥Love has taken a rap, but I do believe that what you speak of as Source Creative Energy is exactly what Love truly is. Thank you so much for a very enlightening video. My TF is 21 years younger. I have known him 2 years, and I wonder if we have less chance of coming together because of less life experience. But I also think now with less years here, he has had less conditioning.

I'm 65 and he is 55. We been knowing each other for 4 years and we're separated because I told him that I loved him and he bailed. He was in a horrible relationship before me and he told me that he couldn't go down that path again. I believe he loves me. I'm waiting for him to come back. Its been a few months. I have so much love for him. We became friends at first. It's like I've known him before he acts older than I. We definitely have a deep connection.

I had a connection recently where I couldn’t hold it and everything I thought was going on from a higher frequency just came out in one text message .... so that was the end of me texting that person they said in a good manner why they couldn’t contact me anymore, but still open to face to face communication .... and that’s when I realised an old lingering bad habit when connecting with another, always trying to take control of the narrative ... finally got exposed and I was able to release it after so many gos at it, or someone said something and didn’t run

This very hard situation...im 37 my twin is 26 but whats stopping us is my is going through some tough times. So who knows when we will come to union. He wants me to be patient..But what also hard I've never been nor do i children. So yes the clock is ticking..😞. I mean i can get married at any age but children can't wait that long.

I'm 41 and mine is 20 I threw in the towel a year ago last November. I had come to the conclusion it's just not going to happen. As other people have said for us older twins we are more or less just chasing a carrot hanging from a string. Why should we sit around waiting for someone when are skin starts falling off our bones. We need to get back to living happy lives without them. Yes you can live complete and happy without the Twin because I am almost there. In another 2 years I should be whole without her.
