@Zoe meow. Its not nice at all. Although Valar's videos are often a 'short cut' to what the professionals would do, there are a number of things that he could do better.
    1. Never, EVER hit mating surfaces metal on metal, try using rubber, plastic or even a soft brass surface to other metal surfaces, or even a wooden block or an old piece of cloth folded in two would do.
2.Always check piston bores for cracks, scoring and general wear and tear, also that of pistons and their rings. Replace all if deeply scored or worn out.
    3. Valves must be cleaned and LAPPED to their respective mating sufaces to ensure no leaks from either valve.
I speak as a complete amateur in these things, but i have watched many videos on youtube on these small engine re-builds, as i have six mower's to re-build when i retire. Four of these mowers are pre 1970's, two of which are cast iron, the rest Aluminium.

Also, i forgot to add to the above to you, that the cylinder head bolts need to be taken out AND put back IN SEQUENCE!! (Otherwise there is every likelyhood that the cylinder head could 'warp')
When the cylinder head bolts are put back in, they need to be TORQUED up and not just a heavy-handed turn with a spanner-(or a drill!!)
This would apply the same as the lower-(conrod)-bearing, they need to be torqued too.
Also, one last thing if i may.....one can NEVER, EVER have enough GREASE in small engine building.....GREASE, NOT OIL!!!

i think a lot of the videos are aimed at somebody who has very little or no experiance plus to show verything would take for ever

I would Not Consider This A Restoration , You Did Not Do A Valve Grind . You Did Not Put New Rings In The Motor . You Did Not Do A Hone On The Engine . It Was Not Cleaned Well Or Painted. The Mower Deck Was Dirty, It Had No Rear Catcher Flap & The Front Wheel Was Loose & Wobbly. Pretty Basic Job If You Ask Me. You Could Have Done Much Much Better Seeing That You Pulled The Engine Apart e t c Then You Put The Old Worn Out Blade Back On . This Is More Of A Get Going And A Bit Of A Clean Up Video Not A Restoration Video
