Stage 1: Punchy Power - Coastal Crown Loop

Just started cycling again(only indoors so far). Have to race to keep motivated, but of course totally out of shape and still recovering with some pain.
Took a few steps without crutches today as well, Hope to throw them away in a few days.
Also started some light strength training to build back all the strength I`ve lost. Just got to remember to do things gradually....
