I went to a yard sale the other day and got 4 knives for$6. I got a boycott knife, a navy knife, a Eddie Bauer utility knife and a knife shaped like a leg wearing a high heel that was red, white and blue with 1 star on each side and the high heel or boot was a bottle opener. I was never really interested in knives until I started watching your videos. I am 69 and retired. Thank you for all of your information about knives.

You're a man after my own heart! The other day, I was yard sales with my wife and came up on something I had been looking for. I asked how much, and she said 3 dollars. I gave her 5, and we when we got in the car, the wife scolded me for giving her 2 bucks more lol
It was totally worth 10 all day!

The stag handle fix blade I had one like it. Best blade I ever had.it would hold an edge the best. Lost it dragging out a deer. My dad & I looked for it several times. Have a great day

The Old Hickory were cool. I bought a set of them at my local Walmart a few years ago. Walmart had for way less than the website.

Nice finds on the knives! My favorite find was that ak bayonet where you gave that lady $15 instead of $13 for that bundle with the tools. I’ve been collecting different variations and countries of the ak bayonet for years. That one there was Hungarian you found, but a lot get that one mixed up for being Romanian.

@@theknifedoctor The Hungarian ones have a raised nipple texture on the release button opposed to a checkered texture on the Romanian ones. Also a sign that it is Hungarian is the loop where the wrist strap buckle connects to is more circular than on Romanian ones. The Romanian ones are more squared. You could see that subtle difference if you have a Romanian one to compare it to. Hope this helps. Keep up the great videos!
Flea markets are finally returning here in Michigan. Went to one this past weekend and got 6 knives for $40. Best ones were a Kutmaster Cleaver, 1945-55 Hammer brand auto toothpick and a 1916-46 Schrade 2 blade auto.

As an amateur 80's knife collector I've been binge watching these flea market videos on UA-cam.
By the way you have the best country with the coolest stuff and the nicest people.
It still amazes me that almost nobody sells fixed blades except for a few cheap bowies and survival.
I'll go $10 on that silver aluminum tacklebox!

Oh man, did any one else see the boker tree brand barlow signature pocket knife? They have the tree stamped into the bolster. It is worth alot more than 15.00 what they had it markred at. It was at the last booth where you bought your red fish knife Kevin, at the end of the video. Stay safe Knife Dr. Cheers. 😊

That stag fixed blade looks like an Edge Mark 461, I have restored several and if the handle is loose it's an easy fix.

i live in sweden a mora is like 10 dollar here its amazing the price is almost the same in america despite having to travel all that way,thank for sharing your hunts its very relaxing to watch and see the interaction with regular people from where you are from...mora makes thousand of knives per day most of it is automated now...they are all sold by the time they are produced they move insane amounts of knives so it keeps the prices down,older moras with laminated steel from the 60s are the more valuable ones they are handmade

Today I found a new in the box Buck Companion 309 USA made at the local sporting goods store, it was in the display case with a 29$ sale price on it. I did a double take when I seen USA because Buck hasn’t made that model since 2015 I believe.

Not sure if the one you are referring to in the video is per say a real kissing crane but I do know Robert Klaas is tied to kissing crane but for it to be from Italy really makes it a mystery lol

So I have this old skinning knife it's old rusty and pitted I clean it up and it gets rusty again after a bit what can I put on the blade to slow the rust down cause I use it once a year during deer hunting season
Add blade wax to it or simply store the blade with a little oil on it. Hambone Blades makes some great blade wax. Mineral oil and beeswax.
Just getting into knife, are barlow knives good it’s NOS
The Barlow Pattern is a great working mans knife.
How about a go pro, so you can go to these places hands free to look at the knives?👍

First of all I want to say that I do enjoy your videos subscribed on the first video that I saw, but I just wanted to also say; thank you for your services, and also I wanted to say that I'm also a Christian and one thing that I've learn in my walk with Jesus is that every time that I receive blessing I try to return it to others a long the way, so which brings me to tell you that with all those gifts that you receive from your viewers, when you go to flea market like this one, try not to deal with the person just pay what they want otherwise you might be taken away a blessing that God is trying to get to that very person, (just saying).
Thank you for all these kind words, but with all due respect sir I am a Christin too. I’m going to try and save me money every where I can. Every dollar I save is always put towards the NEXT KNIFE.. I’m never paying asking prices at for flea markets, yard sales etc. That’s what I enjoy about it. The bartering. It’s expected…the seller expects it. I also donate some of the knives I find to my live charity auctions once a month. This month I’m sending Tunnels To Towers $2200 from the auction last month. Again sir, thank you for all of these kind words.
Sir, I know all that you do on your chanel I watch you every day I know about the auctions and all the money that you've raised and I think that it's remarkable what you do and God bless you for doing that all I'm saying is that I too wheel and deal with the poeple at the flea markets and recently we had a "Antique and gun show" in our town, but I choose whom to wheel and deal with, if I see that I'm dealing with a old ladie and see that she has very little on her table and in need of a blessing, I will do just that I'm sure you understand what I'm saying, I do beleive in that wheeling and dealing also but I also can see where a blessing is needed and won't hesitate on doing so. It's good for the heart and for that person in need. Again I want to thank you for your services and sacrifices for your Country, May God Bless you and your family.
