my family seeing siruseri site booking the flat for tocken advance RS. 25000, In emergency suitvation I have cancel the plan of booking we have inform , but still now I can't get refund , In booking time everyone told 100%refund , But still now no one respond , don't buy anyone he is very worst customer service and lie for all ,
I'm sorry you have had this experience with them, but i can assure you that it is a one off. I am also a buyer in another project of theirs, Jubilee Residences, and have had a great experience. Due to financial and personal issues I had cancelled the booking on Oct 5th however today's date 15th Dec I am yet to get my money back. As you mentioned in the above comments can you talk to them on my behalf?

I would not recommend alliance since they have very bad customer service and they delay projects .
