Thank you Abhishek. Bhaashyam is good developer and thier projects are also good, but thier problems are such that I can't publicly talk about them. Simply put, i choose not to sell bhaashyam fo any of my clients. If it's that location your looking at buying in, would suggest you wait 2 months. A leading Indian conglomerate is coming up with a fantastic project close by and trust me, it will be worth it!!!
