Please do something about the cooperation between the king and his chancellor. I’m thankful of your work.
Gustavus Adolfus was used the pike square and he was financed by Cardinal Richelieu of France. According to the 1979 book Tactical Genius in Battle. His greatest victory was the Battle of Breitenfeld.
He also introduced the standardization of firearms testing. His proof mark can be found on period guns. (Incidentally their proof mark is the same as the NATO proof mark that's in use today.)

You can find the exact print by copying "Delineation Der Schwedischen und Keyserischen Schlacht-ordnung den 6. Novemb. 1632 bey Lutzen gehalten" into google images. It's a long title but roughly translated it means "A Portrayal of the Swedish and Imperial Formations at Lützen" Hope this helps!

The main army in southern Germany was defeated and this was a huge loss. However Sweden had more troops and also sent reinforcements. So the Swedish army won several battles after that. For example the Battle of Wittstock, the Battle of Wolfenbüttel, the second Battle of Breitenfeld and the Battle of Jankau.

I think the fall of the empire paved the way for our democracy and development, gustavus was great but the fall enabled sweden to become great
