I dont eat any of these and live on 95% sattvic diet since 6 years... Still my hair is weak and skin is uneven... There are many other reasons for these issues, like genetics, environment, stress, water quality etc. ❤

In this world of adulterations its Very tough to find fresh fruits without any processing specially in cities and even for a middle class family can't afford that highly nutritious organic food and a daily workin person is not free to grow them by themselves How to deal with reality mam what can we do Even the environment in which we are living is Full of pollution Cause it's our work place we cannot even Change it We are not great ful like you to have a peaceful life in contact with mother Nature and nor the money to live healthy life Please tell us how to survive in these conditions without getting health issues..🥺
It is still better to eat fruits after washing them. If fruits are too costly, eat tomatoes, spinach, bottle gourd, beetroot, more vegetables and fruits! Remember whatever kind of fruits you get will be still better than whatever processed junk that we have.
I used to think like you only.... But when we get sick we go to doctors and take costly medicines... We spend like anything because we want to be healthy again..... Eating healthy is really a big task in todays world but we have to make it..... I have seen people buying costly sarees and footwears etc but refuse to buy coconut water of 50 rs....it is not possible to do things 100% which these people say.... But 50% atleast we can do... Also it is written in gajanan vijay grantha that food might not help you sometimes but yoga can surely do. So practicing yoga and pranayam can be a solution...

Add soaked nuts to your diet.... all kinds of nuts, be they peanuts, coconuts (don't soak them, but eat fresh ones), or dry fruits, and also in proper quantity. I love and prefer coconuts over other nuts, but all have various minerals required by skin, body and hair.
Do you deal with a lot of stress in your daily life? Constant stress can and in most cases, will cause hormonal issues which are reflected on our skin and hair.
You lack protein (well not just protein who knows maybe fibres, vitamins as well), yoga in your life, overuse age of mobile phone and poor sleeping time. Well age also matters if teenager then pimples are obvious, if polluted environment then poor hair and acne etc. there are a lot more internal things like speaking rudely unknowingly cause deep inside your are not happy 🤷♀️. Edit:- simply not eating bad food doesn't mean you won't deal with this stuffs i do too though i eat very healthy food. now my acne and hairfall are a bit less compaired to how it use to be.

This sound really good and I agree. I just told someone the recently if I get what is owed to me and things weren't so expensive I could eat healthy EVERYDAY not just once in a while. Some have no other choice but to eat dry crackers, tuna and maybe a ginger root beer. Many are trying to get out financial holes and for some no fault of theirs. I'm the same.. Guys, I totally believe that the reason for a person's health issues like the ones mentioned are unique to their body, their habits, their surroundings and their genetics. Proper medical intervention is necessary for a lot of these problems, as they may be signs of underlying disease. Following a satvic diet might help you in some aspects but cannot be relied on to cure anything specific. Please be careful before considering any diet, and most importantly, do not blindly follow them for cures, trust me, it could be problematic in some cases. Always remember that your body is unique, and nothing in specific is tailored to treat an umbrella of health issues. FYI : This is purely my opinion, and I'm not against any traditional practices. Just sharing my thoughts on the matter.
