    I dont eat any of these and live on 95% sattvic diet since 6 years... Still my hair is weak and skin is uneven... There are many other reasons for these issues, like genetics, environment, stress, water quality etc. ❤

      Please see a doctor if u r having a healthy diet and still facing such issues then it means some other health related problems are there for me it was hormonal imbalance which happened suddenly...

      Satvic diet doesn't help fully for regeneration of body cells.Its our happy and peaceful mind that nourishes our body.Being happy n peace within,even if u are non veg person that shows the difference in our health and attitude.Eating the food we love is more important than following a specific diet.

    2. Exercise regularly (rest days are important)

      Why Food is a Medicine!
      1. Irresponsible food habits leads to disease.
      2. Don't Let eat sick snacks.
      3. Most of the time, we just eat and fill our stomach.
      4. We don't use our teeth to grind food, instead we (through food) give overwork many times directly to our stomach Everyday.
      5. Hard Food becomes soft only when food mixed with saliva property improves digestion smoothly and converts to energy.
      6. Saliva is a Life of Water.
      7. So, Chew food thoroughly until saliva is produced.
      8. Dehydration of the body can cause constipation.
      9. Yogi, who eats once a Day.
      He who eats twice is gone
      He who eats three meals is a patient and he who eats four meals is a traitor.
      10. Careless and seriousness in food is not good for the body health.
      11. You should know the duration, time, method and health of the food and drink it when you are really hungry.
      12. Eat your food only when you feel your hunger burning
      What can we Eat.
      1. The world cannot exist without water so, Eat Natural liquid contain foods.
      2. Diet: In the Edible plants
      Tip: Food for human beings
      Middle: Food for Cattle
      Root: Food for Soil
      (Flower, pod, fruit, seed, juice, oil, resin from the tip those for beings)
      3. Man is an omnivore - Fruiterian
      4. Annam - (fruit)food supports life.
      5. Satvic (Prana) foods helps to produce hormones in the glands and change the behaviour. Health will be obtained.
      6. Sattvic food is uncooked (Raw) food.
      7. Moderate (fruit) food will help pass the stool without difficulty.
      8. Changing food will change life qualities.
      So, Food is a Medicine!

    In this world of adulterations its Very tough to find fresh fruits without any processing specially in cities and even for a middle class family can't afford that highly nutritious organic food and a daily workin person is not free to grow them by themselves
    How to deal with reality mam what can we do
    Even the environment in which we are living is Full of pollution
    Cause it's our work place we cannot even Change it
    We are not great ful like you to have a peaceful life in contact with mother Nature and nor the money to live healthy life
    Please tell us how to survive in these conditions without getting health issues..🥺

      It is still better to eat fruits after washing them. If fruits are too costly, eat tomatoes, spinach, bottle gourd, beetroot, more vegetables and fruits!
      Remember whatever kind of fruits you get will be still better than whatever processed junk that we have.

      I used to think like you only.... But when we get sick we go to doctors and take costly medicines... We spend like anything because we want to be healthy again..... Eating healthy is really a big task in todays world but we have to make it..... I have seen people buying costly sarees and footwears etc but refuse to buy coconut water of 50 rs....it is not possible to do things 100% which these people say.... But 50% atleast we can do... Also it is written in gajanan vijay grantha that food might not help you sometimes but yoga can surely do. So practicing yoga and pranayam can be a solution...

    @satvik yoga you should make a video on how you came over cancer, what are the things you were eating/drinking/doing wrong you think which led you to develop cancer, how was stress factor involved in developing cancer. It will benefit people from your experience, as many of the youth don't understand the meaning of healthy eating habits until they come across a disease. kindly put some light on this.

    I eat fresh fruits and vegetables
    My mommy didn't let me eat junk food that much (as people are eating nowadays in such large amounts)
    I don't have a sweet mouth for deserts (even refined food) so I don't sugar-containing food I consume that much
    Then why I am still losing hair and having dry skin
    Then why do I have acne too

      Add soaked nuts to your diet.... all kinds of nuts, be they peanuts, coconuts (don't soak them, but eat fresh ones), or dry fruits, and also in proper quantity. I love and prefer coconuts over other nuts, but all have various minerals required by skin, body and hair.

      Do you deal with a lot of stress in your daily life? Constant stress can and in most cases, will cause hormonal issues which are reflected on our skin and hair.

      You lack protein (well not just protein who knows maybe fibres, vitamins as well), yoga in your life, overuse age of mobile phone and poor sleeping time. Well age also matters if teenager then pimples are obvious, if polluted environment then poor hair and acne etc. there are a lot more internal things like speaking rudely unknowingly cause deep inside your are not happy 🤷‍♀️.
      Edit:- simply not eating bad food doesn't mean you won't deal with this stuffs i do too though i eat very healthy food. now my acne and hairfall are a bit less compaired to how it use to be.

      @@sweetyk2728 yes, Indians need to realise that eating fruits, vegetables won’t give them enough protein and healthy fats which are equally important for great skin. Not all vitamins are in fruits, veggies. Vitamin B12 is almost negligible in vegetarian diet. Due to which most vegetarian Indians are deficient in Vitamin B12.
      Protein, again, in which most vegetarian Indians are deficient.

    This sound really good and I agree. I just told someone the recently if I get what is owed to me and things weren't so expensive I could eat healthy EVERYDAY not just once in a while. Some have no other choice but to eat dry crackers, tuna and maybe a ginger root beer. Many are trying to get out financial holes and for some no fault of theirs. I'm the same.. Not that we want to eat bad but because of this same thing call LIFE.

    Guys, I totally believe that the reason for a person's health issues like the ones mentioned are unique to their body, their habits, their surroundings and their genetics. Proper medical intervention is necessary for a lot of these problems, as they may be signs of underlying disease.
    Following a satvic diet might help you in some aspects but cannot be relied on to cure anything specific. Please be careful before considering any diet, and most importantly, do not blindly follow them for cures, trust me, it could be problematic in some cases. Always remember that your body is unique, and nothing in specific is tailored to treat an umbrella of health issues.
    FYI : This is purely my opinion, and I'm not against any traditional practices. Just sharing my thoughts on the matter.

Exercise daily and get sleep and get sunlight and drink pure coconut water. Avoid stress by doing meditation and prayer every day devotees.

    Its not only satvic diet , the normal diets are good only junk food is not good and our body need yoga , excercise, stretching and movements.
