For menstrual cups, I like them but have never been able to find a perfect size for myself. So now I sometimes use a cup along with the cloth pads and the other times just the cloth pads. These days the cloth pads are so well absorbent and easy to use. But of course you need to clean them and sundry them. I have been using the same set of cloth pads from last one year and they are perfectly clean except the wear off. I follow a strict cleaning routine with them (wash it once, soak in hot detergent water, wash again, soak in antibacterial liquid water, then dry in direct sunlight for a few days and then pack and store in the cupboard which is free from any moisture. I usually have heavy bleeding... So to prevent stain i use pad as the lowest base, above that, i put big cloth folded. As the cloth is little thick, it helps with heavy flow, and the pad below prevent staining. But the most important part is, i always throw these in 3 to 4 hours, and change again. This way lots of good old cotton clothes are used and disposed. Also i always wash them with dettol before use.

It’s not that difficult to wash as well. I have been to office with cloth pads and used to change every 4 hours, carrying them in a separate bag. They don’t even smell as bad as disposable pads. I am surprised to see the comments section full of ignorant people talking about not able to use when outside, cannot clean it properly, cannot sanitize it, unhygienic etc. People, please read about reusable cloth pads and get to know the benefits.
How to clean cloth pad if u share it....will be helpfull for me
Rightly sad...they don't understand and blame everything
Which cloth pads are you using can you send the link please
Exactly! I have been using them from last 3 years, sometimes coupled with a cup. I am never going back to commercial pads, which are a curse for the environment. I get no rashes, no leaks, no bad smell, and they are so cost effective. I change the set every year because of the wear off, not because of becoming dirty.
Deodorants are not used as perfumes, they are used under arms.
Using cloth pads as a working woman is going to be pure torture. Instead use menustral cups and Tampons
I use menstrual cup. It's life saver truly. No itchiness, no odour.
Absolutely 💯 right 👍 Radhe Radhe 🙏💐☺

Docs say even fragrance from essential oils can irritate sensitive skin so best to go fragrance free altogether.
Imo, menstrual cups are a better option than cloth-pads in many ways. It might be tricky to use in the beginning but after some time it gets super-easy and much more comfortable.
Relax guys she uses at least most of it behind the screen 😅
That's why I never use nail paint in my right hand 😌
Use menstrual cup instead of pads. it is the best alternative. 😊
According to me this all are important🙂
Do you know someone our body is self detoxifying you don't need to detox it unless you have some liver or kidney problems

Dear ladies, they are saying for your good to use cloth pads but yeah, it may become breeding ground for germs and fungus. so, their are alternative organic cotton pads available in the market with no harmful chemicals and scents. Please research well and buy them ❤:)
I use only stay free pads,✌️
That's Really Good Health Tips For All
U must change ur pads every 6 hours otherwise they become culture medias for harmful bacteria... So using cloth pads are not practical at all... Im a doctor so im saying from a medical point of view... Using cloth pads are also very unhygienic...
True😊
Deodorant and nail polish is definitely not a hygienic options, but sanitary pads?!!! And I started using intimate washes after doctor's advice and definitely got improved after using them❤❤
Guys go for organic and biodegradable pads like the womans company pads...good for health and environment both👍🏻 if you can then use menstrual cups but i cant use them personally so i go for organic pads..
Very important info. Awareness about it should be developed on large scale

Though i am a guy but cloth pads arent hygienic, courtesy of auntis, and dadi in family. There was a guy(Arunachalam muruganatham) who appeared on tedx who made sanitary pads for rural women. I think his method is far more viable because the women can make their own pads
So you just bought one to show us 😂 ?
U never failed to make me realize how toxic am leading my life.
Itni garmi meh kaise use karu oils
Using cloth as pad increases the cgances of bacterial infection much more.
It is advised to change pad after ever 4 to 5 hours. Using it longer can cause toxic shock syndrome. And last pads are much more convinent than cloth
Agree with everything but using cloth pads ?? Mam kindly don't suggest things you don't have any idea about cloth pads are much more dangerous than normal sanitary pads . Everything that contains chemicals ain't bad and everything natural ain't good
Use cotton clothes pad 😊
You can used cotton pads they are not harmful i used that

Intimate wash is a life saver when u have nasty discharge …. Or infections
Cloth pads are really good for mother nature and earth which are actually made with cloth which is good and is rash free and hassle free
some people may experience sensitivity to certain chemicals in perfumes, majority can use them without harm. be cautious if you have specific sensitivities and opt for fragrance-free or hypoallergenic alternatives.
single usage of cotton cloth is probably a good choice....
Even though our reproductive system are self cleaning but we do not clean them as we go through period, hormonal changes and what not and it leads to irritation and odour.. In that case initimate washes helps a lot.
Initially in my grandmother’s generation they used Cloth pad but then people came up saying it’s unhygienic and umpteen no of products came into market and now we are back to cloth era the only difference is they used to used old cotton clothes already available at home now it is being sold by some companies 😂😂😂😂
Out of all these, I just use sanitary pads
Can never imagine to shift to cloth pads 🫣 it was a hard time when I had to use cloth pads during early days and it was worst experience … 🙌🏻
before you made the video I knew these facts more than 15 years ago
Now I understand what's the secret of your beauty 😅😅😅😅😅

Ok I agree with you on most of these but the last one l, about nail paint, I only put nail paint once a year (whenever i get holidays) and only on my left hand so I can still use my right hand to eat
Menstural cup is a life changing product once you use u feel why u not used it before❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I live in Japan and in Japan there is no cloth pad so I have to buy it from store but in my country there is clothe pad but now a days it's so rare to use it I totally can't find cloth pad and I go to school I have so many class that we go outside and mostly in sports class I have to run a lot one time I wore really small size of pad and there was blood in my pant it was good that I had a long skirt so I could hide it
I don't use any of these products except pads but now a days i'm also trying to switch to cloth pads as much as possible
Except pads I don't use other products 😊
Misty deodorants block sweat glands , then where does essential oils remain?
The third one is so true

Most of it is fact.. one thing can be sustainable is intimate wash is not required.. others other can choose for themselves
