Successful goals are like priceless treasures and require maximum attention to develop, which is called advice and pep talks and better opportunities for job opportunities and good work from the government.
That's a good point, but you don't just listen to speeches, you work, you work! work and work
I have met many financial coaches, but John Joseph is completely different. He said to me, "Forget about earning money and ask yourself how to double your income"?
He is a trader with whom I invest in real estate and stocks. that I always have to get used to turning a thousand into hundreds of thousands and not just spending it
great conversations happen here
😂😂 very good speech but they are right, even the trader mentioned above manages my boss' trading portfolio and is very good at his job
A few years back I had the pleasure of meeting Randy at his home...a real character and a great artist with metal.
I knew this man would have a moustache before he even came on screen.
Jay was right, this guy's clothes aren't even close to being as cool as Jay's clothes! I have loved cars all my life, so it was fun finding Jay Leno's car programs... I love guys who dress the way Jay does, and usually I love the cars he has in his garage. :)
Yea, and he actually sounds a lot like like Dennis Guage too!
@@CathyC454 What a woman-tier comment.
His mustache tells me that he should be wearing Jay's outfit. To match that 'stache, he should be wearing blue jeans, a blue denim shirt, and a jean jacket.
Nah his curvy chin looks better on him..
I'M a heavy equipment operator. I ran Green weenees Terex Scraper with Detroit engines loud obnoxiously loud engines . what a joy to see a masterpiece done.
I like listening to guy who made this car, you can feel like he can talk about this car for hours. I wish i'll have job what give's me same amount of happiness and smile on my face. Hands down.
Yup :)
Don't just "wish" for a job that will provide happiness; make it happen.
Well put, but depending on what makes you happy, that can be very, very hard.. :)
nope
As all the guys in jail will attest to :p
Someone give this man a medal. Seriously. Beautiful piece of art!
Randy just brings a massive smile to your face! Great artistry!
those old 351 petes are so badass. that screamin jimmy just makes this for me.

That dude is impressive. If you passed him on the street you wouldn't give him a second look that he would make these sweet machines. What an artist and a craftsman
@Moses Browning back in 80 I was headed South on the 5 headed for OC after leaving LAX. This little black Beamer pulls up on my right in traffic running about 50. I glance over...its Leno. I glanced back at my Lane back over at him. He smiles looks back up ahead of him eases on the away. This was after I had seen him on The Tonight Show a few times and before he started to guest host. I thought well that was pretty cool. Never know who you'll see in LA...to bad most in LA are now Libscum.

How long does it take to polish it up?.that metal really shines!!!😊😊😊😊
Kind of like a guy I met on the city bus once. No licence, never drove a car, lived in an apartment next to a shopping center, and had 750k in his bank account from gambling at the sportsbook every day. Looked like the most forgettable person in the world, but was an incredibly successful professional sports gambler
from a 44 year old to 6 year old in 3 seconds, thank you, beautiful car
12:16 I hear you bro every time I visit Jay's garage I start drooling like a hound dog in a butcher shop. I've even entertained the idea of seducing Jay's wife and arranging a accident for him. Gave up on that one quick. I know I'm not up to the challenge and Jay's probably capable of getting out of and staying out of range of anything I've got the strength or stamina to produce. Plus the Autobuffs and car nuts would hunt me down a linch me. Thanks guys and keep them coming. Hey special thanks to Jay's guys we hardly ever see them and they shure put in the time to keep everything ready for us.✌️
I don't think people understand how LOUD these old engines are. I'm in love. Absolutely smitten.

Zach Michaelis British truck company "Scammell" used them but not sure which size but definitely a Detroit 😍

As a car? Definitely impractical. But as a work of art? Definitely off the charts. Hats off to Randy and his team for designing and building this car.
I have to say, that B702 is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. Not just as far as cars go. But quite literally one of the most beautiful pieces of art I've ever had the pleasure of laying my eyes on. Absolutely fantastic.
Sounds like an old Greyhound bus from the 70's when we were playing in the street the bus would go by and floor it, in the fall all the leaves would blow to the sides of the road!
Jay my dream car is a 1955 T bird painted 76 Ford candy apple red with pearl essence. I fell in love with the 55 T bird in 1955 when I was 18. I am now 85 as of January 3rd this year. I like the way you show your cars to us on the net! I finally got to have a T bird in 1978 when my husband who worked for the telephone company was transferred to Port Townsend, WA from Kent, WA. The 77, 78, and 79 T birds were big boats! My wish is to win a huge lottery so I can finally get my original love!
I have seen the truck in person. It is amazing. The whole truck rocks with the engine torque. Randy Grubb is unique in his approach. These cars will be around forever and never become dated. Beautiful and lavishly crazy.
It looks like something that you might see chasing Mad Max down a long dusty highway with a couple bandits hanging out the windows shooting fire arrows or throwing Molotov cocktails at him.
+Jay Man WE RIDE TO VALHALLA, SHINY AND CHROME
+Jay Man to shiny to be in a Max movie.
Yeah, it would look much more intimidating with rotting severed heads being used as hood ornaments, a nice thick layer of oxidation on every single metal part inside and out as well as some dried blood spatter all over. It also needs some giant hub spikes on every wheel and some sort of harpoon mounted on the roof. That is the typical Mad Max colorway/exterior trim option.
+toscodav you aint seen razor cola then...
+Chris Russell go watch mad max two..... he is right...
Way back when I owned two semis that had 8V92 Detroit engines. I attribute my hearing loss to driving those beasts and yet I can pick the sound of that motor out of a crowd and it still gives me goose bumps when I hear one. Unfortunately they’re just not practical anymore so one rarely hears one out and about.
Nobody knows how to work on them anymore !
@@mikemotteberg3527 we are getting few and far between. Some of the hack job tuning Ive seen over the recent decade is horrendous. Great engines(in my opinion)but to work on em PROPERLY, ya need the books if youre not an old timer.
@@32degreesretarded62 Even if they have a book, Mechanics of today still can't do it right, They want nothing to do with them, Because they don't know.
@@mikemotteberg3527 agreed. Its funny when anything pre-drive by wire pulls into the shop. It seems that always fall on my que. 3406B, 350 and 400 Cummins, 318 Detroit, etc. Young bucks act like its an in-frame to pull a rocker cover. Ill take my feeler gauges over a laptop.

Just got off work, turn JayLeno on...
MY WHOLE FLIPPING BEDROOM IS RUMBLING!!! GOOD LORD!!!
This guy is AWESOME
Dedicated craftsman for sure.
I once worked around these old Detroit 2-strokes back in the '80's, earth moving equipment... always a curiosity and they sound like they are revving twice as fast given double fire rate.
This guy is completely bonkers and I LOVE his creations! 😎
You would see that guy walk into a starbucks and immediately look for either his fixed gear bike or prius and then get the shock of your life. Guy does fantastic work, glass grill on his other project is breath taking.
Had the honor to go and see Jay's collection. Amazing.
The first time I saw this on here my jaw literally dropped and I stared like a school boy seeing he's first Playboy magazine.. This masterpiece is beyond art... I don't know what that would be, but I can't ever remember seeing anything described as art that I wanted to touch until I saw this. I want to touch every square inch of this beauty, I want to crawl under it, I want to drive it, I want to work on it, I want to to polish it; I just want it! If I were a rich man I'd beg to own this gorgeous piece of art work. I'd have this beuty parked in my TV room so after I drove it and parked it, I could still enjoy it's beauty out of the corner of my eye. Yup, call me crazy with how taken up with this masterpiece I've become, but I've seen people go even crazier over lesser "art work"... It amazes me how people can think up such beautiful things and then actually make it happen...
gmtech: cool it, boy or they'll lock you up!

Jay's not allowed to drive it? That's a first
+Doogie Spence It's super easy to lug a Detroit and ruin it, even trying to learn to drive one.
+Chemdog Ninetyone If that's the case isn't an automatic transmission a bad idea given they seem to want to shift to top gear as soon as possible?
+therealsnow 11:00 to 11:10 Sounds like it's working proper to keep the revs up, although the Artist himself doesn't seem to care anyway.
sounded like it was missing, but i don't know much about 2 stroke diesel or diesel in general. reminded me of a chainsaw with year old gas and a gummed up carb. I'll give it to him though he is doing what i dream of.
its an automatic.

I love it when you show the 30's cars, I also love seeing the cars from the 20's
that 1929 bugatti grand prix car he had was sexy as fuck, if you havent seen that video. the Veyron guy used to race it, the guy that the Veyron is named after.
I guess the old cars are a bit sexy, never struck me that way, I sure do love the smooth lines of some of the models, built to last and very much eye candy

I spent my high school years in a diesel shop, 3 hours every morning. We had one of these, with the turbos. We had a bunch of 6-71 marine engines, a 6-71 generator (AC), sundry V8 Cats and the most awesome engine... a 6 cylinder tug boat motor. Top RPM? 700! The stroke was almost 6 feet! The subsonics were so intense at 700 RPM that you could scream at the guy next to you and he could NOT hear you! Every open house we fired that girl up!
Freight company I drove for (C-F)in 60s used the V-12 powered Freightliners to pull the 45' doubles across the In.,Oh. and N.Y. toll roads. They had awesome sound under full load.
Incredible Artistry
BRAVO!
The blowers are there to perform fuel scavenging. They don't add to the power, just make a 2-stroke diesel functional in the first place. You want to boost that thing and you need a second set of superchargers or turbos.
Yes only 500 horsepower for that is a crime!!!
Yes, its odd that Detroits with just a blower are referred to as naturally aspirated.
A true artist and mechanical genius!!!
O Got Dam, my head exploded when you said it had a Detroit. The greatest engine ever made in America
we had the turbo version in school. teacher had it on a engine stand. its one sweet sounding engine.
Hi Jay much respect to you for your stance and assistance you provided for our military especially the wounded. FOD Bless you.

I used to machine sone OEM parts for Detroit diesel back in the day at Royal oak boring. Manifolds, turbos, and others. Also did 454 iron blocks and 350 heads for GM OEM parts. Great to see some of the stuff still out there.

the old Detroit Silver 71 sounds good with zoomies. I drove a roll off truck that had a silver 92 (8v92tt) & it hauled the mail. Very nice build
Fantastic work. A wonderful mind.
As a long time truck mechanic, I love this machine!
A stated practice on drivers of Detroit engines is said to slam your fingers in the door before driving, it helps with the outrageous noise! Lol.
I've also done many custom cars doing Auto body. Love your videos!
The real mileage is probably measured in gallons per mile
2.5-4.5 mpg
Smiles per gallon instead of miles per gallon
He hinted that he could make 100 miles on 35 gallons, if you behaved. That’s approx. 3mpg
That is some horrendous fuel mileage
Fortunately he could get that mileage pulling a 31ft airstream straight up the grand canyon thanks to that 2 stroke Detroit diesel.
Awesome!
I still work on these now and then...Lots of them still out there powering HDX and Pacific logging trucks and a few Madill Yarders. Nothing like the sound of the twin turbo version at 550 horsepower.
I love the sound of an old Detroit 😍😍
Very cool setup, very cool car! It's a real damn shame that the comments are full of so much negativity about this piece of art..
I love Randy's builds. He is a true automotive artist. I share some of these outlandish ideas about cars and look at vehicles for what they can potentially be. I like to daydream up ideas and have a high level of attention to detail along with what my wife calls extreme OCD..

+crashandburnbirner I never knew there was such a thing. I wonder how the oiling works. is it like a chainsaw engine where the fuel is the oil or will it have a regular oil pan and pump set up.
