@@malaysiafood328 Mr Lee, i am big history buff and in my school i always get A. do you have the intention to create malaysian history videos in the future?
I completed my reserve army training here in 2007. At that time this town there is less hipster restaurant. Now it changed a lot. Many youngsters come back to do small business
Glad I saw this video. Miss this place. Used to go there for whitewater kayaking before they dammed Pertak. Remember the wanton mee, nasi kanda, Hainanese chicken chop and a stir-fry restaurant.
Very nice video, Elmo. You covered a lot of eateries in KKB. KKB looks like a lovely place, very pretty, quiet and clean with friendly people and delicious food. Thank you for showing 👍
Hi Elmo good video. Visited KKB recently for breakfast and lunch. The food at KKB is cheaper compared to KL. A nice place to relax and enjoy the food during the weekend
Great stuff. I do visit KKB from time to time but you have introduced me to some outlets which I have never tried before. Can't wait for my next visit to KKB!
@@malaysiafood328 dear Elmo, tqvm for your prompt reply. No problem I do understand your busy schedule and your tons of info you have accumulated. KKB is quite far from Shah Alam and I was hopping to be able to call first to check whether the durians are available. If you do find the mobile number appreciate if you could message to me. In the meantime keep up the good work and enjoy all the tasty delicious food you are discovering. TQVM
That Kaya Puff is really very good. But really need to see yr luck. I passed by many times and it was closed.... Probably I arrived too late. There's one restaurant called Wong Ng Kee, slightly opposite that Hainan Kopitiam, and one chicken rice that only do tapao, I heard also quite good. Never tried them before, but ppl said they are good.
Another interesting and exceptional video on historical facts and foods. I am amazed how clean KKB looked like . Thank you for sharing Elmo ! I might make a trip there to enjoy the foods !
visited KKB a couple of times before heading off to Fraser's Hill for the weekend holiday and that was 8 yrs ago. It seems like a fine place to chill and relax. For your info, there's a waterfall nearby call Sg Chiling (great for hiking and swimming). Thanks for bringing back wonderful memories uncle lee

The historical illustration on Kuala Kubu Bharu is truly interesting and I learn something new from it. White crocodile legend - interesting & amusing !!! This trip to KKB featured Chinese, Mamak and Malay food ( also combining the traditional classic and the modern style )- surely this is truly Malaysian !!! Well Done and Yatt Lau !!!. Thank you to you Elmo and also to your friends accompanying you on this wonderful and enjoyable food hunt in KKB. 💯 % good.
An interesting history tutorial will definitely make culinary delights more absorbing as I firmly believe! By the way, how about the very renowned Hainanese pork/chicken chop in KKB?
Sun Sun Nam Cheong - Coffee C is watery and not to my liking; the chicken chop isn’t as what was shown and it’s very bland, watery gravy and the meat was light and clear, seems not properly fried, very disappointing food.
Good presentation of the video as well as the selection of food and drinks 🍻👍

RM$650 is considered cheap, so many dishes. When I eat out 2 person with wife easily 120. Which restaurant did you go?
It's copper mansion but all the food r simple food, just the duck costs RM200
