I must say you are doing a commendable job. Please do not lose the momentum . I hope you create a complete exhaustive list of all the course and also a few complete project. Thanks a lot again
great video. suggestions:-1. Include structural analysis and design theoretical part in your videos. 2. DO NOT just teach the staadpro tool(there are many videos out there in youtube to teach that). Teach staadpro with theoretical part explained{Give 70%importance to theory and 30% importance to using tool( like "go top left select add beam" kind of teaching)} 3. Tell about concept of load combinations using IS code pdf as you did here.Show us clause no. page no,. tell how extract values from the relevant codes by showing IScode pdf 4. Tell bridge design theoretical + staadpro analysis 5. what is linear analysis, nonlinear analysis, modal analysis, response spectrum analysis?..please explain them hope you will consider my request. Thankyou.
I have kept your suggestion in mind. Just uploaded a video on Earthquake Loads that you will probably appreciate ua-cam.com/video/WkNz0mN08WY/v-deo.html. Please support us by sharing the channel with your friends.
Hello Sir, I have a doubt regarding the loads. When we design, we have to first create the Seismic definitions, then apply the dead loads like member loads, floor loads, etc and also live loads under seismic definitions(bearing in mind the reduction factor required for live loads). After that, we go to Load Case Details and separately assign the Dead loads and live loads to the structure. With this done so, we then proceed to analyze the structure, or do we have to create all the Load Combinations and then analyze the structure?
So the process is simple and you almost have it correct. Create containers or Load Cases for the EQ cases first. Then provide the loads inside that EQ load case. Then move on to providing DL and LL as the case may be. Then Load Combinations. You do not need to analyze the structure at every step of the way. However, I would recommend analyzing your structure individually for every load to find the errors or technical mistakes before creating the entire thing. All in all, the process you have laid out is quite spot on.
Sir I have an doubt regarding how to assume the load values in the design while using plan like point load udl load dead load live load everything how can we assume
In order to assume loads you must know your structure. This was just an example and hence detailed assumptions are not done. In a normal structure however, you will need to assess all the dead loads due to slabs, walls, self weight, etc. Similarly you would need a detailed list of all live loads, wind loads and earthquake loads. Hope this helps!
Sir aap plz hindi me video banaye .jo jo IS code or building lawes on ke mutabik india me use hote ho vahi vahi IS code or building lawes ka use staad use kare hoe video banaye plz sir

Hello friend
If anyone UA-cam channl doing is code teaching according to staad pro point of view
Please send its link to me
I urgently need it
Explain about area load, plate load, surface load, floor load .where the load should given and which type of building.
great video.

Great work 👍👍
Thank you sir, very helpful video and I'm going through your Staad Pro playlist now. 🙏
Thank you. Hope you enjoy the other videos as well!
Have you made a video on Design Parameters like UNB UNT LY LX KZ KY KX ?

@@CivilBlackBox Thank you Sir. Hope to see more videos from you.
Please guide on pile foundations...🤚
thanks
Most welcome.
Sir hat's off to your explanation sir!
So nice of you 😊
Hello I am a student in USA. Can you please direct me to the American Code standards? Thank you.
I think you should check out the ASCE website for everything related to Civil engineering www.asce.org/
Hope that helps. Sorry for the late reply.
Great content.
Thank you Sir!
Most welcome. Please share the channel with your friends.
Hi please share the code books
Sir, do more videos on manual calculation of Multi Storyed buildings
Good job.
I admire you Sir.

Super it's always useful thank you so much sir
Thank you.
Sir can you tell how to apply a load of anything lying on centre of the floor
You will have to use a plate in such a case and apply the load accordingly. Hope that helps.
Thanku....good lecture...I need more lecture...plzzzz...help me..your teaching skill is..good ..plzzz..help...me
Thank you. I will try my best to create more lectures.
Sir can you show tutorial for tie beam applications? Thank you
Yes, soon
Nice sir
Thank you
as well as footing in staad footings
Surely, soon enough!
explain limit state method of loading
Sure. I will keep that in mind. Do share the channel with your friends.
