Please make a load combination as per IS1893 2016 part 1, which includes the vertical analysis (Y-direction).

When you consider Wind load as WL(+-X) and WL(+-Z). Then there is no need to repeat the combinations with a MINUS sign in between. It is required when you consider only WL(X) and WL(Z). At that time with in + and - directions from both side has to be taken care in combinations by making 2 sets one with plus ans one with minus direction of Wind.

@@CivilBlackBox because for eg. DL + WL(+X) and DL - WL(-X) is effectively the same. Therefore it only increases the number of combinations not the effectiveness.
