    does anyone know if these glixal kits are available with a 10mm piston pen for peugoet?

    Correct me if im wrong, but i believe naraku is the only 52.4mm available and the glixal is actually 52mm.

      I used a set of calipers and the glixal cylinder measured 52.4mm. For the price it's done better than I expected. I think I was unlucky and got a bad cylinder head.

      Is 52.4 compared to 52mm actaully a big bore

    52.4mm cylinder head sizes ?

    What’s the difference between an 64mm vs the 69mm head? Does the 64mm have more compression or something

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  20 днів тому

      @@Smodlee it's just the length of the valves.

    • @Smodlee
      @Smodlee 20 днів тому

      @@mrpartridge8765 ya but performance wise is there any difference between them I mean the longer the valves the more open they are and more air to exhaust I guess

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  20 днів тому

      @@Smodlee there is no difference in performance with the longer valves. They open and close the same amount with both sizes. The rocker arm assembly for 64mm valves will only work with those valves and vice versa. The only way to get more valve lift is a high lift cam like the a9. I hope this info was helpful.

    Did you modify your engine case to fit the 52.4mm big bore kit?

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  9 місяців тому +1

      nope it was a direct bolt on. no modifications required.

    Do you think the Glial 100cc head the valves springs are the same as a standard 50cc ones and can you break through the head where the valve springs bottom when porting as you can do with the 50cc 64mm ones thanks. Jeff in UK

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  Рік тому

      I've pinched multiple sets of springs with my fingers and they all feel the same. I wouldn't do any porting under the valves with a 64mm valve head. As long as you widen the port and take some off the bottom there won't be any need to port under the valve.

      @@mrpartridge8765 Thanks for that I put 150 cc springs on the 69mm heads so I will try a dummy fit and see how they fit. 150cc ones are stronger just got to run a feeler gauge through to make sure of no spring binding let you know. Jeff UK

      The springs are the same as the 150cc the inlet valve is the same as the exhaust valve on the 150cc head porting head ok but valves leaking need a good cutting it's just time doing it.

      The naraku is doing amazing. If you have the money and want peace of mind get the naraku. The glixal head seems good for the price but with the defect mine had I wouldn't use it. I think I just got unlucky and got a bad one.

      @@mrpartridge8765 I heard it was risky using their performance variator so Im not surprised there was an issue with the top end kits I'm about to grab a naraku or taida cylinder head and body and a naraku cvt super trans kit for my ice bear mini max I'm topping out at 43 rn that's with a 50mm big bore kit a crappy stock 150 carb and a performance cam and different slider weights in the stock variator also just got a new performance header and slip on carbon fiber exhaust just haven't been able to test cuz of my battery and a bad kick start I'm sure I'll be close to my goal of 60mph after the kits and the nibbi 24mm pwk carb 😎

      @@jrjr5683 I use the glixal variator with my cvt schwinn scooter project. I had some clean up to do with a Dremel but other than that it's been good. For the price I'm fine with doing a little work. It looks like a clone of the naraku variator same thing with the rear clutch assembly.

      @@mrpartridge8765 I absolutely hate these 24mm carbs on these motors hopefully a well tuned pwk will do the trick so I don't always have to carry a screwdriver for last minute adjustments lol do you ever plan on running any type of performance carb I was thinking of getting a pz to compare to the pwk. Also have you messed with your final drive gearing at all? I'm trying to decide what gearing to go with for higher top end while maintaining decent bottomed end toque on the bottom end but I'm looking to achieve the highest top end speed possible without robbing too much off the bottom. hoping the 52.4mm cylinder will give a decent bump in power do you have any tips on crank upgrades And are u running any cvt upgrades?
