  • What to expect while installing the ZS190 Zongshen 190cc horizontal honda clone engine. Step by step install!! Should be the same on the Honda Grom, except the wiring will be different of course. Major different in power and now it is a 5 speed instead of a 4. Hence the new name “HELLCOUGAR”
The swap takes 3 to 4 hours if you take your time.
Contact Dave Bullock in the “ZS190 swap” facebook group for this motor.
Follow “parkers Garage” on facebook for other Z190 videos.
The new 190cc engine gets ? mpg
54 miles per gallon with the old 125cc engine Off roading, I was impressed!
It doesn't have to be fast to be fun, Create your own adventures

This one was awesome! Good overall edit. I especially liked the jumping around instead sped up! Huge difference to the viewer. Hellcougar sounds pretty throaty with stock carb. Bigger carb, pod filter, decent exhaust or even gutted would help. Gear her up a bit maybe 16 possible 17 if it’ll fit easy. Any faster an I’m betting your leaving a** prints in that seat for sure!
