Thank you for making this video; it really helped. I was plagued with Magenta issues--ink slowly fading to the point where it started printing YELLOW--for over a year so I followed your advice and warmed the solution prior to cleaning; I used 4ml of solution (I only cleaned the Magenta print head) and allowed it to sit for about 15-20min before running Epson's own print head cleaner, which I had to run twice before Magenta started to print. By the 3rd time Magenta was printing like new.
Hi Brandon, I tried shaking the new cartridges I bought which are Epson and as a result now printer is telling me to replace. I also tried selection of cleaning heads 3x yesterday and shut off for 6 hours. Nothing seems to work. Saw your latest video but not sure if I want to go that route since my cartridges are new. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Maybe is time to replace the ink dumpster maintenance box T6711 it gets clogged with ink when head cleaning, Usually the rubber sponge get soaked from back up letting you know the box is flooded with ink..
Hi, my printer was not printing black well. I followed these steps. But now the printer says its clogged and when i print i just get faint lines for all 4 colors and black. did i do something wrong?
I tried this method as my printer suddenly stopped printing blacks. Not much resistance with syringe. Is it a print head problem and is it likely to work if print head is replaced?
The only issue is replacing the printhead on this model will most likely indefinitely damage the printer. I have tried in the past and failed. It’s like doing open heart surgery in the printer world.
So I've done this method to unclog the blue. Did my print nozzle check and then had no magenta and patchy black so I did it again on the black and magenta. Do my print nozzle checks and now I get no color? Unsure what's happening here?
I will try the cleaning kit; however, they are all new cartridges and cyan will not clean. When I try to do a system header clean, it stops and makes a grinding noise. I’m sure that is another error code. Does anyone have a solution or where to find it? Thanks.
I did everything the video said to do and now I just get blank pages when I try to print. I think it is a priming problem but not sure. Any suggestions??
What would I do if I run a test page and there is literally no ink on the page? My cartridges have ink in them. It’s been a while since the printer has been used. I took the cartridges out and touched the ink trey and the ink was wet in there but it isn’t printing on paper
I had success doing this months ago but a failed to print all colors once a week for a few weeks and now after several cleaning I cannot get any ink to flow out of new cartridges either.
Just wanted to say I watched your video and it was super helpful thank you, I didn't have time or money so get a kit yet but thanks to your video I managed the same my using the tube from a sanitiser pump bottle and a stub headed thin screw as a plunger, made a solution and my printer is now printing black! xD thank you
I have a WorkForce WF-7610. I just installed new ink. My problem I have is when I print a text document which is meant to be black, it prints like each letter is hollowed out. What should I do?
I'm sure it works fine however, there are other similar products on Amazon with great reviews for 1/2 the price of yours. Sorry, but I think I'll go with one of those.
Did what the video said only black nozzle. New cartridges. When I turned it on I got Ox9A error message. A carriage error. Tried a reset. Restarted computer. Error still there. Can’t fix it. Any ideas?
For whoever is missing colors after cleaning the print head- make sure to print some big images including all of your main colors. It takes some time until the ink goes through the cleaned head and appears on the paper. It took me like 2-3 full a4 prints in order to appear. Gl people!
This is the worst printer I have ever had. WiFi never worked. Print quality is mediocre. And after the last update it quit printing completely. I've Cleaned heads 3 times, no better! I Ordered Your kit. Will try one more time. If it don't work, I'm smashing it n telling everyone what crap Epsom makes. Update killed it, probably to force me to buy new. Never again EPSON. It's the worst machine in my whole house....

Same thing here. On mine it was magenta. Cleaned it out and black and yellow were spotting. Then cleaned again and all 4 are now not printing at all
Same happened to me. Each time it got worse. I had 3 HPs n a Dell... Never had this problem once. Epson is like Edsel.... LEMON! 😫 Beware!
What kind of ink do i buy for it
Here is the ink, amzn.to/3TeepIe

so do I, very frustrating, have you resolved it yet
I'm having the same problem. Did you ever get it resolved?
this is the exact problem i'm getting. are these printers just faulty?
just started printing blank pages
All blank now as well. I've done this method 4 times and gotten jack shit for it other than ink all over my hands.

Same issue here.

I bought the Epson WF-3640 off Craigslist and replaced all the ink cartridges but I can’t get it to print BLACK. Any other suggestions? Thank you!
Did you manage to fix it?

@@BestPrinters i checked and no. I bought cheaper pack and followed your instruction. Works great.

Can it be cleaned with water?
No, please use the cleaning solution/kit that is in the description box.
What about the WF-3640
Did you used this solution and did it work?

Personally I would have changed the paper towel halfway through the process.....
Thanks Bud, helped with my challange. Cheers J

Geez, I'm sorry to hear that.
Followed directions explicitly but now nothing prints. Waste of time and money.
After flushing the printerhead it is needed to run the printer's own cleaning session and then print the cleaning test page.
@@aris95 Thanks. This step was really helpful.
Overpriced, it’s cheaper to buy a new printer than ink and this kit
But it's not environmentally friendly.
