@@davidcarter7880 The staggerlock theory seems somwwhat right. If we assume that troll is 2x perma-staggered after torpedo shot, the simple usega of calculator shows that it's 19,75x1.4=27,65. And if modifiers are multiplicative, then 27,65x1,2=33,18. I don't know where the rounding comes from, though. Maybe, the game always rounds damage numbers to X,25's, down.
