I can see where you're coming from but people are also really good at hiding who they really are. How many people are killed by a spouse after years of marriage. The same argument could be made. It infuriates me that not one tear was shed for baby Kate. Even her mother Ariel is sitting on the defense side and “forgot” key details of her testimony and truth during trial to help the defendant. Maybe she was being being manipulated by his family, but she needs to wake up and see what this POS did to her, and her baby. What a travesty of Justice by the court! The Prosecutor fought a good case up until the end and was basically shut down by the court. The defense attorney tried every trick in the book to get the sentence swayed and evidently the court was on his and the defendants side!
What a shame that the entirety of his actions were not seen for what it was! Callous and deceptive at the least, Muderous and Devious at the end!!!

Wooooow!!! I just got to the part where the judge is saying that he doesn’t believe that he was intending to kill that child that day because he went and got the DNA test done. Like who is he to be judging anybody? That was left up to the jury! Yeah I got he’s the judge but that’s what the jury decided, not him. This judge seemed to take issue with the prosecution from the start. The entire case he leaned towards the defendant and snuffed the victims.

I can see where you're coming from but people are also really good at hiding who they really are. How many people are killed by a spouse after years of marriage. The same argument could be made. I think that anyone that could not call 911 and then "drive around" for over and hour and just place her "somewhere peaceful" shouldn't be allowed to see the outside of a cell.

It infuriates me that not one tear was shed for baby Kate. Even her mother Ariel is sitting on the defense side and “forgot” key details of her testimony and truth during trial to help the defendant. Maybe she was being being manipulated by his family, but she needs to wake up and see what this POS did to her, and her baby. There was an opportunity here to unite and love both Ariel, Hailey, and baby Kate, and that could have and should have been led by Sean’s mother, but instead she chose to be a vile human being and enabled her son to treat the mother his children with disrespect and indifference, and thus their children suffer for it. Shameful and sad. We need to do better in this world, in our society. Children are innocent and should never be considered a burden.

I really think that judges should have their mental faculties checked on a yearly basis because there are just too many judges that are either super lenient, as this judge is. or extremely hard-hearted. Either way, they are both incredibly wrong!
