new vegas is a sequel to van buren in a perfect world new vegas would be called fallout 4. it probably would have been a top down game tho if bethesda didn't adopt it.

Van Buren was designed originally to be a 3D Isometric like game. It originally started as a board-game, but then they moved to 3D isometric-like.

Is this actually the music for the real Fallout 3? In that case, bless you, Sir! The fate of the game "Van Buren" is almost as tragic as Troika Games' unfinished project (look up on UA-cam). Can't continue, there is something in my eyes.

This would've been an amazing track for the Fallout 3 that we eventually got in 2008. Like I said a long time ago in another video that had this track and the other ones; these music pieces would've been great atmospheric music for building tension and fear when players go exploring the darkened ruins of the Washington D.C. Metro.

I was reading the Van Burens documents and I'm asking myself: Why tf Bethesda did not finish this game?! The story was much better than fo3 or 4
