We got way more like them than u would think, but alot are scared to speak up and give their opinions bc it'll cost them $, their jobs, their standing in the community, etc. The worlds gone nuts, but hopefully the pendulum will swing back in the right direction soon! ✌️🇺🇸
Same reason I retired at 21 years, politics infiltrated and leadership became toxic. My kids talk about joining and I keep telling them now is not the time, it was decent in the 1990s but by the time I was getting out 2016-2017 it was no longer recognizable
Man, this is one of the most interesting and humorous interviews you guys have done in my opinion. I began writing this comment midflight in the interview with intent to ask a question which y’all finally asked at the end being “what retaliatory action was taken against the accusing parties in Eddie’s case?” It’s very irritating to find out that most have been promoted. Super messed up to try and put oneself in his shoes knowing you’re sitting in a courtroom being forthcoming and honest while the other parties are just making shit up as they go simply bc they know they can. There’s a special place in hell for those fuggin scumbags!
If I was them I would've been scared to go on more deployments or run missions, bc the other team guys know what scumbags they are and might not be so willing to have their back or risk their ass to save someone who turned on one of their brothers the way those guys did on Eddie. If I couldn't 100% trust my squad I would NOT wanna be down range with them, where anything can happen and "accidents" are common place. Glad Eddie's free and able to share his story, but it really sucks he got drug thru the mud like he did ✌️🇺🇸
I watch all of your videos and hands down this has been the absolute best I have ever watched!❤❤ Excellent! Thank you! USMC wife & now USMC Recruit Mama ❤
I'm 64 years old. I love watching you guys. Been watching for years. When you were Hodgen twins. Y'all are excellent and I haven't turned many friends to Y'all. Still sharing on fb and messaging to friends.
I'm an Australian veteran myself, the worst of seen of Eddie can be stated maybe as a little rough handling by Eddie while attempting to save an enemy combatant, meanwhile here in Australia we have a hero who after seeing team members killed and or injured, enduring multiple combat missions broke under the stress from being a tier 1 operator and proceeded to go off the rails instead of being taken out of the field for evaluation, command should face some accountability for their lack of action to prevent these situations
Fun story - someone close to me ran into the same type of leadership in the Navy. My acquaintance is a HARD worker, and as an aircraft maintainer, he came to work early and stayed late - everything had to be right for him. I know this for a fact about him. He was blasting through rank and getting full recognition until the new leadership came in - a 6'6" Texan. New guy didn't like my buddy from day1 - gave him crap about everything. My buddy was going to stay in, but ol' Tex burned him out and my bud bailed after 6 years of what was going to be a career. The fun part - shortly after that, good ol' Tex had an accident on his Harley - whacked his arm off just below the elbow, no chance to reattach. Karma's a bitch - and I hope you're reading this Tex. Or should we call you Stumpy?
Nfn, and I liked your comment, but “karma” also works for you being glad his arm is whacked off and calling him “stumpy.” Now, I totally get it because BROS FOR LIFE!! But just don’t be grateful that Tex is hurt but be like, “sorry man. Gotta lighten up.” 😂
When i was a child and teenager i was a pretty amazing swimmer, almost every day id swim over a mile for a few years, age 8 to like 14. I could hold my breath for over 3 minutes. And i could do about two minutes and som change while swimming back and forth from end to end in the pool. When we would go to six flags id swim out to the deepest part of the wave pool without a floaty and just fight to keep my head above water for as long as i could and then when i got tired id bob under the waves and get air on the low points, and when i was done id swim under all the people on the way back.
I am SO glad I discovered this channel!!! I dunno y YT never recommended it to me before, but thanks to Thug Nasty and Tim Kennedy it got into my algorithm! Ive just been binge watching/listening to eps while im working ever since 😂
Saw a reel for this on IG and thought "UA-cam hasn't suggested a video from the Twins in my feed for a long time..." I came here and saw that I'd been unsubscribed! I've just resubscribed, but it seems like UA-cam is up to no good once again.
24:50 🙄 we still had cameras. We had the disposable kinds & some smaller types with built in flash that were easy to load, all you had to do was put the thing in & wind the dial that werent much difference in size compared to cell phones they were just narrower & thicker. Pretty sure they already had some digital/screen ones out around that time too they just cost a hell of a lot more compared to those other options.
AND ANOTHER THING! WHILE VISITING SOUTH KOREA SEVERAL TIMES IN THE EARLY 80s THIS IS THE ONLY COUNTRY WHERE I NEVER EVER SAW ANYONE SMILE, I AM TALKING ELDERLY, ADULTS, TEENAGERS OR CHILDREN AND UNDERSTANDING THE THREAT FROM THE NORTH? I COULD SEE WHY.
you guys are hilarious . when I was in boot at MCRD in '81 , they had some training dentist on me taking out my wisdom teeth, and there was 5 other dentist in the room , it took over 2 hours to get my teeth out , and I heard the new guy dentist say, "this is my first one" and the other dentist laughed , they were having a great old time. The new guy put his foot on my neck and was yanking on my head and really fucked my neck up. then after that hell, I went back to the squad bay, and they gave me the "sick day chit" and we were supposed to run the PFT that day and the Drill instructors laughed at my "sick day chit" and tore it up and I went and did the PFT and still maxed out. They will kill you with the docs and dentist in the Marines for sure.
@ 57:04 how tf can they do someone like that?? Much less taking one of our most valuable warfighters and military assets and denying him the simple rights that actual, real criminals are given daily is just nuts! No visitations, no phone calls, no lawyer....... thats absurd!! Im glad that Eddies wife is a stone cold gangster tho, and at least he had 1 strong ally looking out for him on the outside. The way they did Eddie is disgusting
Crenshaw was a complete Blue Falcon to Eddie during this crisis. Such a shame to the SOF community, and the people who put their trust in those individuals.
Glad Eddie was vindicated. I heard his case details daily on the Sean Hannity radio program. Sean was great in leading the effort to get donations for Eddie’s defense. Great outcome.
How many other good men have had their lives changed by what certain agencies have done to other American citizens. How many honest politicians and government employees have been forced to abandon their beliefs because of those people?
Digging through what happened you'll find out he's a murderer. The reason he wears that hat is to hide those eyes. I know killers from family members joining gangs and they have the same empty spaced eyes as if they have no soul. There's a reason why his team turned on him and regretted being on his team.
Eddie Gallagher Marine to Navy Seal Now we need the other Eddie aka Eddie Penney Marine to Seal team 6 Then get Dom Then get Cody Alfred Then Shawn Ryan Bros line em up lets go
Coming out of high school, the Marines offered me a 3000 signing bonus. I graduated in 2006 Looking back, I should've done it. But I've said that alot haha
One of the best shows y'all ever had. This guy is a true patriot.
This is a real man, patriot, and American
From a very old Lady Veteran (Vietnam) God Bless, hopefully the future will be "Smooth Sails are Following Seas"
Totally agree. War is war. It's not fair or easy.

F'AROUND AND FIND OUT! Love it. Solid human being and family unit. Amazing how they aren't in the spotlight more.
Eddie's an example of a down to earth man, dealing with the brave new world.
Hey guys!!!
Was a great show!
I tear up when I heard the war stories.
What an environment to be in.
