As someone who has done days in solitary, i gotta say this dude has gone thru it mentally for sure. First you try to stay positive and active then the quiet sets in, you slowly begin to feel less comfortable in your own skin, agitation overwhelms you, at one point the anxiety was so bad i would have thought i was going thru alcohol withdrawal if i hadnt known i wasn’t. Never thought id find myself yearning to be surrounded by obnoxious, violent & smelly convicts but I’ll be damned i was so happy to make it back to gen pop. 10.5 MONTHS!? Dude is a straight savage that it didn’t break him completely 💯
