If he could stay on right foot longer and rotate grounded, that would be huge
What I'm noticing is reverse throwers rotating the right foot to the front then sliding the foot forward low to the ground and around the left side block. My feeling is they are continuously pulling the discus with the right hip through release which requires the right foot to slide forward.
@@Throws_Coach_Nels i agree, but just a little bit longer r foot on ground would be great, something between rev and nonrev. That was my problem when i threw shot
Obviously this technique works for him tho . He says his height if release is better when he jumps into the throw like that also goes further so whatever works for him
