I'm a fairly new subscriber - very recently discovered the self-development / routine building inspo corner of UA-cam and find that it is absolutely my jam. I work from home and my workload varies a lot by season, time of month, etc., so some days I'm just at my desk for 8 hours waiting for something to happen (which is a beautiful "problem" to have and I am always grateful to have so much peace in my life). It keeps my head on straight to have friendly, mindful people doing acts of love & kindness for themselves in my ears/on my screen as I go, so this kind of content is really valuable to me. It's fun to be involved in a younger channel, and I'm interested to see how things progress for you. I started a daily logbook practice last November (after many years of buying planners and only partially using them, finding the layout/structure claustrophobic), and I can't at present imagine letting them go. Sorry to whoever has to deal with all my possessions after I die - it's gonna be a looooooooot of notebooks.
Unfortunately I randomly developed an intolerance to it :( worst stomach pain i’ve ever felt. Apparently it’s common to develop food sensitivities as adults. It’s been tough but I think I’m finally getting used to it😊 still makes me sad when I can’t eat some of my fav foods though🥺
