- A live performance of King's X from the Regent Theater from October 2017. December 27th is drummer Jerry Gaskill's birthday. This edit is a Happy Birthday to Jerry! The goal was to create a clip that showcases his role in this incredible band while also giving the viewer a good sense of "being there" to feel the energy and emotion that I witness every time I have the privilege of seeing them perform.

Began listening to King's X in 1989....21 years old...still listening at 53! Their mixture of progressive rock spirituality and unique harmonies and tones make this band one of the best even though terribly underrated

This looks like the Regent Theater in Arlington MA( my hometown) I know they played there once and I was so pissed off that I couldn’t go. Maybe 2 miles from where I used to live.

It’s so disappointing to see and hear how badly Dug has trashed his voice by smoking.
Yeah, he should sound exactly the way he did 25 years ago.
sourcescience You do realize he was 67 years old when this was recorded.
So true he is older now! A voice can only hold up so long no matter what. Even Geddy Lee without smoking has not held up.

He hasn't done anything to his voice. I saw them live back in 2018, guy didn't hit a bad note.
