I love the idea of a whole kit, it would make it easier for people.
That’s what we are thinking too.
Yup I’ll be on that list to order a kit
@@izzy_c10 awesome! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!
Get hold of the Cars and Cameras guys, show them what your building. I’m pretty sure Ike will be there with bells on to get a bike and put it through all the paces it can handle.
I am hoping they go to the Pull Start Picnic again where I can show them in person. It would be pretty cool to get them to customize it and push it to it's limits.
As a retired mechanic, please remember to make servicing this bike easy. Ie- don’t have to pull the motor to change the oil or spark plugs etc!!
You shouldn't have to remove the engine to change the spark plugs or change the oil but if we can make it even easier, we will.
Love the father son thing You guys got going on.
Thank you! Mantini Motors would have never started with out my Dad! We are really happy to be able to do this! Thank you for watching.
I'm hooked guys, good luck on your journey, and to go thru it with your pops is even better, my dad loves to watch me wrench on my minis at his house, he is the one who got me into wrenching on things, just can't do it with me anymore, so seeing this brings back memories for me, love it guys
We appreciate your support and love hearing about your own mini bike memories with your dad. Keep those wrenches turning!
Whole kit would be sweet ! People will customize them anyway
I’m already for Pull Start Picnic 2025… I bet there will be some of these to check out!!!
That would be amazing to see! I really hope some of our customers bring theirs to the show!
Kit would be great for those who don’t have the equipment, tools, a place or the know how to make custom parts or even know what to buy like myself. It would be cool to put together but yea a kit would be awesome
Yes you guy are amazing I need this frame asap
Appreciate the support. We will be doing another sale very soon which you can register for here: www.mantini.co/
Great work with the design and 3D printed mockup
Thank you. It really allowed us to see what it would actually be like in person and we couldn't be happier. Glad you like it
love the father son team, great work on the build. kit would be awesome
Thank you! And noted about the kit.
Looks awesome! Id definitely consider making 2 options of swing arm. People will definitely want to high power builds, so a longer swing arm would be a great option.
Yeah that’s a great idea. We are brainstorming a ton of additional ideas and so we will add this to our list 👍
@@mantinimotors Cool 👍🏻 unfortunately I doubt I’ll ever be able to get one over here in the UK but still excited about your progress mate.
@@Yosser70 you never know. One day we might ship out there. I’m not sure how much it would cost though. But if you really want one, we can look into it.
One stop show bud.... The kits just make it easier to plan... because the tinkers will always shop around... beautiful bike guys!!!!
That is the idea. We want to unlock the possibility for innovation. It is truly a blank canvas for you to customize as much as you want!
Ya gotta show a mockup. If you made a few different swingarms for larger sized tires, and smaller as well. It would add some variety, because no matter how you spin it, you are going to need a jackshaft anyway. Gps,has the heavy-duty ones, with the 780 cvt's.
You can see some mock-ups on our website. We also designed our own jack shaft that matches the overall ascetic of the frame and is also adjustable. But yes, you are correct, if you go with the rear suspension, you will need to use a jack shaft.
I think the frame size is about perfect. I've always wanted to produce my own mini bike & go kart frames. I wish you guys the absolute best..!
Thank you! Well nothing is stopping you from doing building your own especially if it is just for yourself. Mini bikes and go karts are a form of art, and it is fun to build something from nothing!
@@mantinimotors Absolutely..! Currently working on a 71-72 Sears mini bike. Just mocking stuff up & getting a parts list together. It will be lowered, prolly run 8" aluminum spinner wheels & white walls. Maybe a springer front😎 Also found a period correct Briggs 5HP if I want it. Honestly tho I amleaning towards a KTM 50 or KX65 2 stroke🤣🤣🤣 be stupid cool..! Make for a nice resto-mod, old frame with new custom parts.
Hey I signed up for the vip and I love the details and design I am pumped to this thing ripping.
Thanks for registering! I can't wait to get these done so people can start building and riding them! Hopefully very soon.
what a awesome idea for a mini bike 670 is a lot of cc's you wont be able to keep that front tire on the ground lol. grat fab work on the frame too!
Thanks, the 670 will be for my dad... He said he needs the extra power haha. Once we have the actually prototype, we will see how much power it actually has.
I had a thought the other day about putting a 670 in a mini! This is gonna be awesome to see!
Nice! Yeah, we are really excited to see it come together with the 670
@@mantinimotors I just saw your short a bit ago about making the frame street legal and that's a very great idea you have! It would be awesome to have a small street legal bike that doesn't have anything more then gas and brake to deal with and doesn't look like a scooter/moped.
Oh yeah, I gotta give me one of those frames so so so so beautiful guys 😍😍💯💯💯💯
Glad you like it. I assume you have but if you haven’t yet, be sure to register for the VIP presale coming soon!
If I would buy the bike and u had the kit for the 670cc I would buy it 100% I want one
Okay good to know. We will look into putting one together.
I'm in also!
Absolutely love these videos, guys! Can't wait for the next one to see your progress.
Thank you! We can't wait to make the next one haha
I love the design of this mini bike, but one concern I have is that it looks like it might be too short. Of course I’m probably wrong especially with the fact that I don’t have the real model in front of me, but I just thought I would bring the length back into consideration.
Great question, it is actually a bit longer than your average frame even without the swing arm. Perhaps it looks shorter because of the height and the hump in the backbone.
Everything I need😂 hell yeah I want a 670cc mini bike with monkey bar handles and a 3l gas tank
@@YakirKraut Amazing! We are about to do another sale. You just need to join our newsletter to be notified. It’s on our website: Mantini.co
Can't wait to see how this turns out ! Next project has to be the 999cc engine and go drag race it 👍
That would be extreme but I wonder if it would be doable... Perhaps we will have to try and see.
Best mini I've seen .
We wanted to design something truly unique! So we are glad you like it.
im trying to trade my old pc to get a go-kart with a 420cc predictor engine still kinda think about putting it in a mini bike seems so fun
Mini bikes and go karts are fun! Would be epic either way but would love to see you riding a Mantini of course :)
SWEET BIKE, BTW!!!
Thank you! We are glad to hear that you like it.
In my opinion I would extend the rear tire or put a wheelie bar so you don't loop out when taking off
Hopefully with a 670cc there will be enough weight to prevent it from lifting, but I guess we will have to see once the prototype is built!
That is going to be fast. Can't wait
We hope so! We can’t wait either 👊
Whole kit would be sick.
Okay cool!
I think the brakes is the least of my worry’s im worried about the gas tank wheres it gonna go the battery wheres it gonna go the exhaust wheres it gonna go those would be my worries
Well depending on the engine, there is more than enough room for a gas tank to fit in the hump area, and even with the 670, once we took off the plastic, there was still some room above it. It is something we are working on. For the exhaust, that is no problem since it could either go along the side or though the back of the frame and as for the battery, we can design a mount for it that goes under the seat or potentially behind the engine. 👍
Glad to say I was one of the first to experience this masterpiece of a video. Good work.
We are glad you enjoyed it, and for being one of the first to watch it!
I think you guys should make 2 bike the 670cc engine bike and 420cc bike just a suggestion . Keep up the good work guys!!
Yes, we are actually building 2 prototypes. One will be my dads and the other mine. I think he will use the 670cc and I will use the 420 or perhaps the Honda GX270.
That would be the way to go, develop a complete kit depending on the engine. I’d say 50k subscribers and I would be in line waiting for the giveaway. If the price is good, I would sell the bikes I have just to have one of those. Can’t get enough of your videos.🎉
Well, my dad did say 25K subs, so perhaps we'll be doing the giveaway much sooner than expected. I think a lot of people are going to be surprised at what we will be pricing these at, so be sure to register for the VIP presale, as we are also going to be giving out some incredible bonuses so those who order during that sale. Thanks for watching, we truly do appreciate it.
Think I'll put engine in 3 of my Honda Odyssey go carts. 😅😅
If you run it to a jack shaft your belts would look like the primary on a big bike.
Yeah it would, wouldn't it. We could make our own custom one too!
Ive been following since day 1 and its just incredible watching you two build your dream and dive in dont be nervous brother your there now hard part is over that was the last 8 months yall have made it and i deff signed up for it i want the frame asap and to be honest i dont think 95% of ppl will be putting the 670s on them just bc there thousand dollars most will use a 420 built up but ive got a snowmobile engine waiting to put on it 80s 440 engine 720 serious tc and how gps makes there swing arms and brackets get the normal caliper bracket you have now and what size tube is the frame right where it will be mounted? Can get 1 inch lock collars or whatever size tubing your using and make the caliper bracket able to slide up and down and they can person that buys the frame can use spacers if there wanting to use a different wheel which i would put a hoosier fat tire on it myself but get what im saying about making adjustable caliper bracket? Gps can figure that out there amazing at the stuff they build and wont be hard gps im glad yall jumped on with them that's awesome they deserve it and have dedicated everything to this just amazing
Thank you so much for your unwavering support and enthusiasm! It's been quite the journey, and having passionate followers like you has made all the difference. We're thrilled to hear about your plans for the frame and the innovative approach you're taking with the snowmobile engine - that sounds like a beast of a build!
Yes, the calliper bracket will be adjustable and we couldn't agree more about the talent over at GPS. They've been instrumental in our journey, and we're lucky to collaborate with such dedicated partners.
We can't wait to see your build come to life once it is ready and are here to support you every step of the way. Ride on!
@mantinimotors no problem brother I love watching yalls dream come true and work so hard to have it alot of ppl are scared and afraid to venture off and go for there dreams whatever they might be but I love seeing ppl go.for it and it's just amazing I'm starting my own handyman small business and I know I can do it ppl just need more faith in themselves and go for there dreams your welcome for everything and I'm excited like you to.build It can't wait
i feel that 25k subs will happen quick
It would be really cool if it did. I guess only time will tell.
That’s the future can’t wait
Neither can we!!
great project
Thanks! We are so excited to see it come to life!
Yes that would be nice!!!
Sounds good 👍
Man I registered for it I really like that frame 🎉 so cool
Nice! Glad to hear you like it! Can’t wait to get it done!
Have a 670 kit available along with the options have them doing their own have frame built to fit a 670 or smaller so customer have options and let bigger wheels as well
Yeah, the frame won't change and then you will have the option to add the parts kit to it and then a separate kit based on the engine you want to go with.
Them black vanz boots you had on was hard
Thanks! I quite like them a lot.
U should do a sport bike chain that leads down to sprocket that goes to a shaft that's lines up to the rear sprocket
Ps use the jacksaft
Yes, we will be using a jack shaft on any bike with the swing arm.
I just recently found your channel and I have watched only a few of your videos. I recognized right away how tight and how difficult to reproduce that the bends are on your 3D printed frame. Even if you could bend them that tight, there may be some strength issues. I did see where you talked to a potential shop about this very issue. I hope you get that sorted. You may have already covered this in another video, but I would think that liability coverage would be a huge concern for what you are doing. Especially for a V-twin minibike. Have you guys talked about this in a previous video? I would like to see that video. Good luck with your project.
Hey, I think this is the comment you were referring to in the other video. Not sure why you couldn't see it, but to answer your questions, if you watch the videos in the playlist MBK-1 Journey, you will see in EP 2 that we did get approval for the updated design. Now we haven't shown it yet but considering Tom's expertise's, the owner of the machine shop, I am confident it will not only be safe but it will be much stronger then other bikes on the market.
We will be using 1" tubing and will be stress testing it to see how much weight it will support as well as endure.
I’m doing the same build on a Yamaha blaster frame. I’m gonna make a mini blaster with smaller tires, but there’s nothing mini about the motor.
You should have the parts included with the bike for the 670cc
I'm running a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Vtwin in a Massimo Baja Warrior chassis (modified to fit) with a centrifugal clutch, and a jackshaft. I've done a few basic mods to the engine (valve springs, carb, intake, and exhaust) and it accelerates really strong with a top speed of about 80 mph. Is it a motorcycle? Not in my opinion. If I install the 5 speed transmission I am considering then that would push it into being a motorcycle. You can see my minibike in a 36 second video on my UA-cam channel doing a smokey burnout and a fly by.
Will a 26-27hp Vangaurd or Kohler go in the same place as the predator 670? How about one with a raised top rail to accommodate a Kohler ECH 980?
Well, the MBK-1 will have 20 inches of room between the top and bottom tubes of the frame, so as long as the engines are less than that, yes they should fit. Is the bolt pattern the same as the 670?
@@mantinimotors not sure which one they cloned
Would i want a VTwin minibike? Yes... Yes i would.
I mean, why not? Haha
I think for the most part, people would want a 420cc in it, because of the hight of the 670cc it does not look like a large gas tank could be made
For sure, we are going to design a gas tank to fit in the hump of the backbone, but we're not yet sure how big it will be and whether or not it will work with the 670. But you can always mount a gas tank on top if you want to put a larger engine in this frame.
I would love to buy this frame, i am starting a build soon when will it be availible and how much will it cost
That is awesome! We are about to do a VIP presale for the first 25 bikes. You can register for it on our website Mantini.co/MBK1
Big block, yes.V-Twin probably not.
What size tires did u guys put on? I need some like that for my rims
The rear tire is 110/80 - 10 and you can get it from Go Power Sports.
@@mantinimotors what about the front.. I like how it's skinnier the the rear?
Here since 1k
Nice!
The reason why the 212 is so popular because you can make more hp than that 670 with much much less weight.
Yes, if you keep the 670 stock. But I have seen people modify a 670 to do 70HP... Not that we would do that on our mini bike, but the possibility is there.
@@mantinimotors Red beards garage
@@mikeoliver4449 yes exactly!
how did you get that tire on so fast? that shit took me like 35 minutes of music and sweating to put on
It’s the beauty of editing haha.
@@mantinimotors how long did it take? I wanna know if it’s just hard to put on or if I’m just lazy😂 I found out after I put them on that it was easier with soap
@@Justin.43429 to get both on it did take about 20 minutes or so. It made we wish we had a tire installer, but we were able to do it manually.
@@mantinimotors I just wish I had soap, I raw dogged it so it was just horrible

Going to be stupidly fast but fun going be a good bike

@@bradygainey8043 Sweet, and we will try our best not to make you wait for too long!

No its not a motorcycle unless it has a transmission. Still a minibike no matter the engine size.
How much is this going to cost
We will be revealing the price during our upcoming VIP presale. You can register for it on our website if you are interested. www.mantini.co/vip
Will this be a mini bike when bought comes with everything or you will sell just the frame
It will be sold as a frame kit with the option to add a Go Power Sports parts kit that will give you everything you need to build an entire bike except for the engine. We may also offer an option for us to build the bike for a few customers as well if people are interested.
Let me guess!
