Thanks so much for the info Dr. Ben! This has further solidified in my mind that however much water you're drinking: drink more! The more frequently you flush out your bladder, the less frequently you'll have the formidable adversary known as standing water lol.

I had an issue with that in college when I started having sex a lot more frequently. Cranberry pills did seem to help.

It's very rare for males to get a UTI, it's usually post catheter or in old age.

I wouldn't say very rare and have seen my fair share of them in younger folks. But those with longer urethras tend to get them less often.

I'm 25 year old straight male my free testosterone is not increasing on even trt please suggest injection to increase free testosterone... I'm not getting answer even on trt groups... Pls pls

You should not be on test, you are supposed to be producing your own testosterone naturally.
