- Ukraine has regularly conducted long-range drone strikes on oil refineries in russia since late January. At least 13 successful attacks have been carried out on Russian refineries, causing a 14% reduction in russia's oil production and processing, Pentagon reported. Revenue from oil exports constitutes a third of Russia's budget and a significant portion of its military funding.

I knew Ukraine border was established in 1997 approx, I think, before Putin and it must be assumed that every leader after that MUST accept the national boarders of those bordering them and we know the boarder for Ukraine included Crimea in 2014, that was also when the little green men came to prominence. NB I didn't know it was as early as 2008. As you say it is an internal problem, not Putin's business. Otherwise anywhere there are Russians residing, becomes Putin's business. People get caught up in russian propaganda with arguments over so-called 'ancient' lands. It's all nonsense and irrelevant. It's a fictitious construct designed to distract. The facts are rooted in international law.
In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed and russia agreed to Ukraine's borders (including Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk). In 1994, the Budapest Memorandum was signed and agreed by russia (and USA, UK and France) GUARANTEEING those same sovereign borders in exchange for Ukraine giving up their Soviet age nuclear weapons to russia (of all countries!!). In 2003, Putin personally signed (as president), codifying and officially legitimising Ukraine's borders. On top of that, putin has made several speeches where he has acknowledged the internationally recognised borders.
It really is that simple. Everything else is smoke and mirrors, lies and more damned lies, excuses and BS.
Ruzzian exports besides natural resources are several: dystopia, repression techniques and corruption.

B.t.w., ... there already are! Ukraine is a provenly reliable provider of many industrial pre-products and after a timely interruption with the war breaking out - it is retaking stepwise. Ukraine should be provided with an enough fighter aircraft to form airforce, such as F-16s and longer-range precision munitions, including ATACMS (more of them, and the longest-range versions should be sent to them), and the russian military facilities inside of russian territory should be considered legitimate targets. It is worth noting that support for military aid to Ukraine in America is over 80% and increasing. This is because Americans understand that not only is aiding Ukraine the morally right thing to do, it is the practical thing to do also. America has spent something like approximately 6% of our military budget so far to aid Ukraine. However, more than half of the russian army has been destroyed. This is a tremendous bargain by any measure! In addition, when russia is defeated in this war, their barbaric ideology of imperialism will also be defeated, making Europe a much more peaceful and stable place for decades - as well as preventing a new arms race in the region. That is why billions of dollars spent today to aid Ukraine saves trillions of dollars tomorrow. The vast majority of Americans understand this fact. Americans also want Ukrainian military and civilian casualties minimized. This is why Americans are correct to support providing military aid to Ukraine.
Please write to your elected representatives to request this military aid. If you are an American citizen, please consider writing to President Biden and your other elected representatives, and demand Ukraine be given the above weapons - in war-winning quantities, and promptly. The sooner America provides Ukraine the weapons it requires to liberate all of its territory, the sooner this war will be done, and with fewer Ukrainian casualties. Letters can be submitted electronically via the Whitehouse website. One can also conduct a google search for ones' elected representatives - many of which have similar websites. One may simply write and submit a letter electronically to make one's desire known.

Agreed. Except the electronic mail part. If you send a physical letter, it has far more impact. Send them to *your* representatives. Unless you travel to their district to have it postmarked, other reps may not get the message. So far as ATACMS go, I believe we have already sent more than they have used, and will send more. We will likely empty out old(but newer) stocks and replace them with far better ones, but this takes time. Imagine you are at war; your munitions logistics must be as secret as possible, you must transfer in small batches, and they must be sent along different routes at different random times. Airframes are not something that gets handed over in any short time. Even the most friendly countries do not get airframe transfers for years on average. It's a complex and tedious process. If an ally needed them due to a proxy war that we aren't involved in, we have 2 choices. Fly in ourselves and take care of the problem, or engage in the arduous process of transferring them. They require proper air defense for the airfield, extremely well protected munitions storage, and bunkered hangars. Because Ukraine is at war and Russia has that kind of reach. That's not including the logistics. Watch/read the pentagon the briefs, the F-16's are going to be transferred over the next month or two for certain. The joint chiefs and intelligence services are on it, trust me. The hold-up in aid hurt, but that is because of republicans who did not realize their constituents had shifted focus some time ago. It had become a contention aspect in order to gain more legislative capability. This is normal, but due to critical need, they changed their tune. It was basically a miracle because our economic situation is so tense. The american people are suffering, but that suffering is nothing compared to Ukraines. I could dive far more deeply into each of these aspects, but look at what's written already. There are resources out there if you want to learn more. Our military and intelligence services have advocated for helping Ukraine since 2014, it hasn't changed. I am not going to divulge any information that could help our enemies, but I assure you, there is *MUCH* more to the picture.
There is something else which can appeal to Americans: it's good for business. New contracts from the DOD mean more jobs, a stronger stock market, union workers have solid jobs--and much of it is being spent on needed military upgrades. The vast majority of money is going directly to American manufacturers>American workers>American communities. .

We in the UK (our parents and grandparents told us about it) were in the same position, bombed out of houses all over, but they never gave up and with help from allies, defeated the agressor. There are many films of the time to show how it was, my Aunt lost part of a finger working in a munitions factory, we all lost someone. Ukraine will overcome this too.

I think the 20% figure is correct. Everyone had been saying 15% for a long time. Good video.
I think there has been 3 or 4 large hits since the 14%. 2 have been reserves. (Tanks). And Russia are showing weakness by constructing huge amounts of scaffold structure around their refineries and tanks. Might be affective against small drones. Russia will need to place restrictions on Petrol consumptions. I think 28% less refineries. Gets affective. The potential to shut down wells is more affective. Difficult to start back up. Hope Ukraine hold up in the next week. This is a big thing now. And Vlads plan is going to be higher.

Thanks for another video Anna. So I know that refineries shut down certain sections of their operations on a scheduled basis. Here in Texas we switch between different blends of fuels seasonally. Winter fuels can have higher volatility while in summer it needs less vapor pressure to slow evaporation. And maintenance is scheduled to prevent the need for repairs. But we see that ruzzia has implemented a new plan. SMO. Special Maintenance Operation for their refineries. It's all going according to the plan and right on schedule.
I watched a few boxing matches when I was young. I really didn't find much entertainment value. And as I grew up I saw that there was a lot of betting on the outcome of such fights. I never got excited by betting either. I know a little about statistics and probability but human behavior and interference defy mathematical prediction. But if now a russian is going to have a fist fight with a motivated Ukrainian, I'd bet on the Ukrainian.
