this feature is USELESS if we can't set up a specific passcode for each app. My wife and kids know my iPhone passcode, but there are some apps I would like to keep them out of. Same with the hidden photos album. Fix this useless feature apple.
There’s no benefit of hiding and locking the app , after 2-3 failed attempt of face id the passcode option appears and anyone can easily open those apps who knows your phone passcode .
This is the dumbest comment ever. “No benefit “ if the issue is someone knowing your passcode, then don’t share it. This is actually one of apples best features of ios18 particularly in securing the wallet app

Right, I’m trying to lock apps from myself and have a friend put a passcode on it. I wish Apple could fix this
