after the upgrade, does dodge update your build sheet or can this be resold as widebody option added? I still cant see cutting my car when in the future its still a non widebody in the books. Flawless work and delivery though really cool to finally see oem upgrade
Never asked that bit a good point. Have to check into that. But you know everyone has a need we do our best to fill it. So if it's a widebody, we'll ok I will help with that.
@@SRT_DRE its oem and comes with the kit.. some ppl have made copies of them and sell them online but the kit is already reasonably priced so i wouldn't bother with aftermarket kits unless you are that stressed on cash
Great work, but poor hellcat. Just go buy a widebody. Instead of ruining this one. This will be the kind of stuff that separates the ones that will be worth money some day from the ones that won’t. (This one won’t).
I some how think the the steering knuckles & axles length is different on factory oem widebody, ppl never doing it tho, I worry about the the performance differences if your really going @ it with those spacers on, besides the factory 6pistons which are overkill, but not on the widebody do to extra grip you can attain
I don’t get why you cut the body? I understand it’s cut to accommodate the kit but that’s not necessary. I designed some spring loaded clips that go inside the fender well that you can then screw to the bracket the fender snaps to. Also the upper holes for the fender are not necessary either. You just hit it with a heat gun until it lays perfectly against the body. I’m talking the Viezca kit. I’m going to make a video so people can see what I’m talking about. No holes in my Redeye
I just threw the widebody tires in the back on because multiple people said it fit. I figured I could wait a lil while before I did the rest since I just had a procharger installed (lotta money to me). Well, everyone was wrong. I need to cut my fender asap lol that's the only way to do it right imo, unless you're using diff tires/wheels than what's supposed to be there

Whats the -offset? My car is a 392 so it sits lower and the 20 x 11s will rub without cutting the fender flares

no because oem option includes more than just wide body kit... You just see it as it is, its model with a wide body kit
