Very nice rig. I agree with you, I would at least make the call to Harke and see what they have to say about the scuff marks. If they don’t do anything for you, if anything a black sharpe would at least make it less noticeable, and maybe a spray a little bed liner paint in a bowl and dip a small paint brush in it and maybe you can fix it a little closer to the original way it was made. Again very nice rig, I know Hartke aren’t cheap, but they do have a great sound.
