Smallville - Final Season: Recap

- Alright everyone, here is something sort of new to what I usually do. It is mostly for the Smallville fans, or anyone who is familiar with the Recaps that the Season Finales have for the prior episodes of that season. This is one where I think it would be before the very last episode, and recap almost every step towards being Superman, and let me tell you while editing this, they make a lot of references to flying, haha.
Anyway guys, A lot of work(and space) went into this, so even if you don't like Tom Welling, enjoy it, because you're gonna miss the so-called "Bad Acting and Costumes".
Thank you Smallville for not wasting ten years of my life, but giving ten years of my life meaning and purpose.

CW, WOW DID THEY PUT OUT THE BIG CASH FOR THIS SHOW. SPECIAL EFFECTS WITH SO MUCH COMPUTER WORK ADDED IN! IS THERE A DOLLAR TOTAL AS TO HOW MUCH DID CW SPEND? THE ACTORS GOT PAID WHAT, THOUSANDS? IS THERE GOING TO BE MOVIES MADE LIKE STAR TREK DID? PLEASE USE CW ACTORS! 😁

Wow, that was fantastic! By far the best recap I've seen for this show. You fit all the important stories and themes, showed all Clark's major relationships, and most importantly, showed the wonderful journey he's had in becoming Superman! And you managed to keep everything compelling and easy-to-follow. I'm impressed! Favorited for sure!

holy shit....that was...insane... absolutely loved "someday you'll be known as" (lois interrupts) "superman" that's freaking intense man! you really have a way with smallville that no other editor on youtube has. the justice stuff, as well as the concluding scenes, was amazing. nothing short of stunning can describe this video. excellent work as usual, and I, like you, cannot wait for the end of this mind blowing show =]

EPIC. SO EPIC. Added it to my favorites. I'd love if they did a recap like this! Only tweak? Maybe add Lex towards the very end before Clark says "the war's about to begin" saying "I am the villain of the story".
Y did it have to end bro I wanted to see him more in the suit and the ending was bad. They should bring the show back again.
+john cena Their continuing it as a comic book for season 11 that takes place 6 months after the series finale and so far its amazing, Heck Clark as Superman and Batman already teamed up
It’s because him Tom Ellis refused to wear to the suit and in the finale ep they cgi or whatever the suit on.
This is so good that I'm going to wait till around 7:50 on March 13, 2011 and watch this before the Final Episode of Smallville.

@ModernDayReview88 SouperboyX is right. The whole idea of the "Blur" angle in Smallville was/is to show how Clark seeds his super-powered alias the general public of Smallville's world will come to know as Superman. Lois Lane can't name him as such until he has the full-fledge suit on and when that happens, show's over. So they do what they can within the realm of the original producers' self-made rules.

That's what I'm saying. The word has been said, but not to Clark yet. Even Jimmy called him a "Super Guy" not "Superman" in the S8 finale. He's still the Blur, but I believe he's going to be called Superman in the series finale.

I love how no one blames DC for SV not being able to use famous names, not even "Superman" yet! I have feeling "Superman" will be said in the finale.
Oh my God. I just had a geekgasm! You should have just added a title at the end like a big ass SMALLVILLE: THE FINAL SEASON or something. But for serious... this video is better than anything The CW has made.

AFAIK they're only not allowed to use Batman and Wonder Woman - everything else is allowed.

@ModernDayReview88 you do know that he was called "The Red Blue Blur" in the comics priot to becoming superman right? It was in a seperate origin story than the regular, but you know how the tv shows and films like to mix it up a little. There's a picture online somewhere.

I wanted to see more Clana kisses, the Lana Super-suit which absorbs kryptonite and thus making it impossible for the pair to be together, and Doomsday, Kandorians, Zod, Faora.
Overall awesome video, though I'm four years too late in viewing it.
I just re-watched this (SolJustice808 is my old account [don't worry; I've subscribed with my new one]), and I almost cried...it's just that it's so jam-packed with awesome that there isn't time! LOL
AWESOME PROMO!! I'd say the only thing that was missing was some scenes from "Rosetta" with Christopher Reeves!! I mean that episode was a pivotal moment in the series. But otherwise, that was a stunning recap!!! I got chills!! :)
