Classic Airliners Collection | IWM Duxford

Amazing classic airliners colllection in Imperial War Museum (IWM) Duxford, Cambridgeshire. You can see in the movie iconic aircraft such as:

I worked on the Queen of The Skies..... in the RAF the superb VC10 🇬🇧. Best airliner design ever, super quiet inside with the rear engines and clean wing, same as the BAC 111 and Trident......but not one aircraft manufacturer copied this🤷🏼‍♂️ todays airliners all look the same BORING! Only 2 big manufacturers left now, all the British ones long gone 😢

Are the planes doors always closed can you look inside the aircraft at any times?

Lovely to see them all but it would great if they could taxi them but I guess they have sitting there for so long it's not possible and there is the cost . Such a fantastic collection of Aircraft !
