As you may know, we only have lakes in Rotorua so my mouth is watering right now lol but ka pai when im back down home (Parirua) next, I'm gonna definitely get me some paua!! Hi I gathered mussels the other day the paua up here in comandel have to be good diver get legal wones ha not good diver I followed your video on the paua but I used my mussels perfect and I liked the the tip on breadcrumbs etc perfect my mates loved them up the wahs on Sunday 😮
The kewpie Mayo we get ours in the Woolworths supermarket…yeah seafood is real versatile aye…breadcrumbs, mashed kumara and or mashed potatoes work a treat too

Im sure something is illegal here, its seems too much yumm, i only watched till after Paua prepartion, prolly gonna go get a big mac and wonder where am i, my only caveat is all the extra spices and sauces but hey yo, im no chef..... but i always remember the smell for the first time of Paua frying in butter, same as raw snapper soaking in simply water and onion in the fridge, chaa to my dad and chaa to you fullaz :)
