- The BRICK CITY ESTATEwas one that caught my attention and I wanted to take a look at the place and share my experience with you guys. I will honestly say that it wasn't what I expected. I was hoping for s posh place but you know what, this is reality, this is life. Everything must not be posh or High brow. I hope this video brings some sort of balance to my previous ones.
If you enjoyed any of my videos please share so others can see them too. Thank you

@@Bigwillz sure. Thanks we do really appreciate. It just brought back good old memories of little growing up in Abuja...lolzzz .
It is a beautiful estate , it has phase 1,2, 3 and phase 3 extensions, you should have asked someone or explain yourself at the gate to take you around, because , they have up to road 17 in phase 1, but you only went to road 1 and 5, you didn't get to see the Beautiful places in phase 1.
Thank you for the information. I will probably get in touch with you next time I want to visit the estate. I believe you live there. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I really enjoyed watching the video. Please can I know the artist and the title of the sound track. Thanks very much

Hi Bigwillz,
Hope you are fine?
Do you know of any estate currently selling the below in Abuja?
1. Completed Bungalows
2. Payment plan.
3. Deposit and park in.
Not interested in waiting for allocation as there are to much scam on that.
Thanks

Noted. Thanks for the suggestion
Phase 3 is also a luvly Mini estate, please ask questions next time to have a comprehensive information, if I want to buy a house in brick City estate, I wouldn't really be interested with the information provided on this video. Without knowing am missing out on a good investment and choice area. Next time ask questions pls.
Thank you for the information. I will probably get in touch with you next time I want to visit the estate. I believe you live there. Thank you for watching and commenting.
It appears you have to build like others in this estate. So many estates in Abuja but it's hard to tell which ones have land for sale. The reputation of agents accross Abuja doesn't help either
I'm estates, they usually have a design pattern that they follow.
I think maitama & asokoro, is the best place in Abuja.
They are very nice places
You can tell it's an old estate. With the high fences and dated building designs
Good job bro. Try to visit Dantata estates at Kubwa and Mabuchi on one of your trips.
Thanks bro for the suggestion. I have pencilled them down.
We really should be having pdedstrian walkways on our streets. Pedestrians walking on our roads is dangerous.
Dandora Estate in Nairobi
I almost bought a house here😊
Wao, when was this?
Abuja needs more high skylines and good roads and bridges
Thanks for taking time to comment. Appreciated
Abuja don't like higher building, I can see that in them.
@@terwasegusha9390 yeah it was design to have low rise structures in most places.
What are the major challenges investing in abuja real estate
We can chat about that via email or whatsapp
Hear they have constant light over that side
john simeon Some places have better and more constant power supply than others
@@Bigwillz so which side have 24/7 electricity supply in Abuja
john simeon where I stay in Lokogoma is relatively good
No hawkers
