If interested, could anyone explain why the 'PRR' is three (3) initials when its only two words ? IOW, shouldn't it simply be 'PR' ?

+James karabatos 35 and 39 are both the last of their kind for long islanders. 39 is getting somewhere but 35 project is failing and make never run again. the owners are trying EVERYTHING to restore it, I growing up hoping to see 35 in running from Long Island to NYC.
