I actually have to argue with the other comment down here; I thought all the voice actors did pretty good jobs. They each did something that definitely showed who the character was, and even with my eyes closed, I could guess who was speaking. Fantastic job! (I want more XD)
I think that Chiaki was absolutely perfectly done. I also think Ibuki was great, but would’ve been a lot better with much more energy. The voices fit really well, my only complaint being that with the majority of them, you could tell it was acting and that it isn’t the voice actors natural voice. If it sounded a bit more natural, I think that it could’ve been a lot better. Then again though, I do think that here it’s just mostly coming down to confidence. Part of the problem that makes the voices sound forced is the fact that you can hear how the voice actors are holding back. If you’re feeling unshure, I usually find that just over doing the voice is a good thing. This is Danganronpa after all, so it’s not like it’d be out of place. I just think that you could hear the VAs holding back. Oh well, just some of my personal criticism. Still absolutely amazing though. Well done to any and all voice actors who took part in this, as well as the creator and voice actors who took part in the original. Apart from my one problem, it really hold up to DGR game standards in my opinion. Fantastic work.

Oh boy, I can easily see a scrum debate happening on whether or not the English fandub is good or not in the comments.
Someone actually made a fandub of a scrum with voicing the little in-betweens "Mikan!" or "Sonia!". Now that I actually highly respect.

I like it, but i think, that Hiyoko's line isn't quite appropriate. You see, if player haven't pick the answer for the previous statement (which was Fuyuhiko's), then Hiyoko's line practically gives away the right answer (by that moment player knows, that she could only reffer to Mikan as a "filthy pig", so he doesn't need to look for matching words, he just need to pick Mikan's line as an answer to Fuyuhiko's).

Absolutely iconic how Hinata sounds like a Power Ranger, when his English VA was a Power Ranger (Jonny Young Bosh).
Also, fun fact, in the DR2 stage play, Hinata is played by a Sentai actor, which is quite literally Japanese Power Rangers! His actor was Toq4!
