Healthy Banana and Sesame Seed Cakes | Grand Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas
250g sesame seeds
Process:
Slice the bananas.
Blend them in a food processor.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add the sesame seeds and mix well.
Prepare a baking tray and shape the mixture using moulds.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC (350¬ºF) for 25 minutes.

Awww l had recipe fail as well. Cooked on top but uncooked when lifted, they were raw underneath and stuck to parchment paper, lve turned them over to see if l can save them, l am such a useless cook l think. I love your recipes, so simple and few ingredients. I’ve just put another batch in to try again, this time lowered the temperature….fingers crossed 👍.

If 250g of sesame seeds doesn't work, then 500g will surely work. So you can try with 2 cups instead of 1.

Yes it should be fine, you can try adding butter and sugar to the mashed banana, then combine with the sesame seeds.
I just made these and had a recipe fail. Two full cups of sesame seeds are needed. 250g of sesame seeds is only one cup. They will not bake through and get crispy with only one cup. Thanks.

We used 2 bananas and 250g sesame seeds and they came out fine. But if that doesn't work for you, then yes 500g will be better.
