I have never caught a tarpon. Am told they are brutal fighters. You all caught some nice fish. I'm envious of southern fisherman cuz you can probably fish all winter long. Great multi species day.
The massive tarpon like so sit down by there and around the corner from south bridge at night super lit I fish that spot all the time got some nice grouper there
Oh yeah we saw some big ones rolling around, just couldn’t get them to eat anything! We tried small mullet, big mullet, and crabs but they just weren’t having it
@@josephcfish yep gotta keep greenies on deck for when they won’t chew mullet down there for some reason they will gulp em up 🤷🏼♂️ that’s dope tho keep them lines tight!
It’s my buddy’s boat but I used to have one. Yes, aluminum so a very light hull and definitely worth freshwater rinsing or using salt away if you’re in saltwater
