Hi Freddy! Thanks for you comment 🙏 So happy to know the videos are helping you. Let me know if you need anything 😉 cheers!
Yes, stay serious, Freddy. I’m an old man with a clarinet jones but the bottom half of the body is working everyday.. Musician to musician, Freddy, this cajon thing is very impressive.
Excellent work. Your videos have improved my playing exponentially. Thank you.
Beautiful location and great lesson! Thank you, maestro!
Thank you! ;)
I've been practicing every day for a week now by rewatching your video and playing along. In the beginning I'd get confused within the fist bar, but now I can play a couple without mistakes, even for beat #5 :-)

@@CajonMaster you are welcome:)
Hello Felipe .. it's a humble suggestions that please make a vdo upon how to read the Cajon playing pattern from written script.
Hi! thanks for your suggestion, I will soon post a tutorial about that. You can also check that in the website cajonmaster.com where you can find a course exactly for that. thanks again
Does you theme song use a cajon? So far, I have two cajons. Right now, I’m trying a clarinet with a foot pedal playing a beat poet for clarinet grooves.
Felipe amazing video, easy to follow. What microphone did you use to record that video? It doesn't have any background noise
Hi Daniel, I've used the Zoom H2n.
Can I know the song that fits with groove 2?
Thank you for your awesome lesson. But, should we mirroring your video? Or can we change the left and right hand?
Hi! If you are left handed I suggest you to mirroring my hands. But, if you are right handed (like myself) I suggest you to invert the hands in relation to the video.
@@CajonMaster Thanks! 😊
Can you please give us some tutorials of 6/8, 3/2 grooves? Thank you so much
Yes, I will make it soon ;) cheers
Hi, Good lesson man. Nice location. Where is the place?
Hi! Thanks 🙏 The place is Etretat in Normandy, north of France 🇫🇷
I've been playing cajon for multiple years now after switching from drums. Being self taught I didn't know common technique, I play exclusively with right hand as bass and left as snare, using rudiments to create ghost notes on snare. Why's no one else play it this way?
Hi Noah, thanks for you comment. There is not a right or wrong way. If it feels good for you playing like that, great! I'm always trying to learn and practice different techniques and I highly suggest all my students to do so. This will for sure give you more options. Try it and let me know if it works for you, thanks again ;)
you look like hopper from stranger thing btw nice video
😀🙏
High there, what is the BPM in the the slow version?
Hi Federica, I’m not using metronome for this video but I suggest you start at 60bpm or slower if 60 is too fast for you. If you integrate these grooves well in a slow tempo it will be easier to play faster after.
Dude 1 st I can but the 2 grovve I can't do bronit little difficult 😭
Practice slow and soon it will come naturally 😉 Keep it up!
@@CajonMaster ok master
Jim hopper is alive 😂
😂 cheers!
Can I rap on your beats 😂
You're welcome ;)😀
I'm a complete beginner bro
This is cool! let me know if I can help you with anything ;)
