What Scuba 1st Stages are Balanced or Enviro Sealed ???

Ever wonder what they mean by "What scuba regulator is balanced or environmentally sealed" ??? CAUTION .... DO NOT TAKE YOUR REGULATOR APART IF YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO DO SO.
It is life support equipment and disassembling your regulator can be hazardous to your safety.
