How is it holding up?
It's holding up great! I have it hanging on the wall with a ruler below it to get just the right length! Later, Murph

How does he keep the sled guides from hitting the outfeef table?
With the camera angle it's hard to tell but the tablesaw slots are slightly above the level of the outfeed. Thanks for the comment Gary! Later, Murph
