I’m happy for Dazel that the paperwork is almost completed and her dream home will come true. I would like to BBQ tomorrow for the 4th of July, but it will be too hot here in Sacramento, CA, we’re expecting 108 degrees. Stay blessed as well, praying for you my brother 🙏
Thank you our friend. Wow! That is hot. We are finished with summer weather; it’s now the rainy season. Thank you for your prayers my brother. Ingat pare.
That’s so cool that you’re also celebrating the 4th! Enjoy the barbecue, Cheetos and the beach!
Yes; we try to celebrate the 4th of July every year; weather permitting. BBQ and usually with Budweiser; this year it will be with A & W Rootbeer. 😃 Thank you our friend.
Wow! 60P to $1USD, incredible. If it makes it, a lot of retired on minimal budget will be happy.
The higher exchange rate helps fight inflation here. It has the same effect of having Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) increases each January.
YUP Ginno and Dazel .....no matter what country we live in ....tons of paperwork and regulations and hurry up and wait. ....rainy season is for me much better. Hang in there folks. Thanks for all your videos, Blessings Patrick
I need to renew my drivers license; expiring in less than a month. I am dreading the long lines and long waiting time. At least I heard my renewal should be good for 10 years. I'll make a video of my renewal process. Take care our friend. Stay blessed.
Today Here is July 3rd and it is going to be 112° F ,Tomorrow is The 4th of July So we are preparing for the celebration. God Bless You All my Friends ❤😊❤
Cooler temperatures now here; in the 80s. God Bless America! Take care my brother.
Good mornin Gino and Dazel. Glad you and Dazel are doing your homework concerning purchasing property in the Philippines. I know there's a lot of paperwork involved but it's good to make sure the property is legit, you and I know how it is over there. Also, Sweet Baby Ray’s is my favorite bbq sauce. Have a blessed week my brother…ingat pare.
Good evening my brother. It is very time consuming for Dazel; but she is almost done. Just have to make a payment at the bank today for the BIR. Then, the fun part starts for her, planting trees and vegetables and fencing her land. Sunny this morning on my morning walk; hopefully it holds up for the rest of the day so I can BBQ for the 4th of July. I love me some Sweet Baby Ray's; I use it more than ketchup.😃 Ingat pare. Stay blessed.
I like to dice up tempeh and fry in a pan, then add Sweet Baby Ray’s and a splash of soy sauce and maple syrup. Makes a delicious glaze. I eat it in wrap sandwich or stir fry bowl 👍
Hope Dazel survives her paperwork trip 😛Thx for another video!
Your glaze sounds delicious! Dazel is not losing her excitement for her land; really means a lot to her to own land. I know she will power through all the requirements. She has to go to the bank today because the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requires a bank-to-bank payment. After paying at the bank; she has to go back to the BIR and give a copy of her bank payment.
Always enjoy your drive/walk and talk, we have seen Chloe but not much to toi we must get to know the courageous house guard!.
We've included Totoy on our sunset walk videos. We'll make another one soon so you can see Totoy. Totoy is an Aspin breed (called Askal by Filipinos); local dog breed. Totoy is our rescue dog; great guard dog!
Sweet Baby Ray's Original is my favorite BBQ sauce too. I like the Bridgford brand beef jerky with Sweet Baby Ray's but it's expensive.
(Texpat)
Hey Texpat. Sweet Baby Ray’s is my go-to sauce. The sauce is the boss! 😁 I have not seen beef jerky here. I’ll have to check at S & R next time we go. Take care my brother.
40 oz Sweet Baby Ray's, Walmart, $3.98. 80 oz. $7.34. They sure charge high for those US products. Great video! Cheetos puffs 44 cents per oz. here.
Not many U.S. products here in Aklan province; we don't have an S&R (Filipino Costco) in Aklan. That is the reason for the high cost. Cheaper in Iloilo City because they have an S&R. Sweet Baby Ray's is that one item I haven't found anything comparable in Filipino BBQ sauces. BBQ just doesn't taste the same to me without my Sweet Baby Ray's! 😄 Thank you our friend!
@@dazeltv1351 our family favorite too
love sweet baby rays! is that place you got the swarma from the same kind of wrap you would get at like zankou in the states?
Sweet Baby Ray's! I know right! I didn't get to try Zankou in the U.S. The shawarma are good here; many different franchises. Tender beef with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and sweet or spicy sauce. Fried egg and cheese extra charge. Another good shawarma here is called Turks. Turks is actually my favorite: $2 for a good shawarma. I got used to eating shawarma here instead of eating a burger.
@@dazeltv1351 $2 is so mura! for things like that here its like $10! can't wait.
Hi Dazle and Leana and Ginno it's your friend Ray, if you don't mind me asking how big is the lot, does it have power and a Water supply ? How much did it cost including all the red tape and paperwork ? If it is a private issue between You and Dazle I understand. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND MAY GOD KEEP YOU SAFE AND HEALTHY ❤😊❤
Dazel's lot is 100 square meters. There is electricity but no water supply. Our option for water will be a deep well or a rain catchment system. Cost is still growing. 😃 Seems like you have to pay so many people here to purchase land. The cost of land in the Tabon area ranges between 6,000 pesos ($103) to 10,000 pesos ($172) per square meter. Just depends how close you are to the beach and also how close you are to the main cemented road. Take care and God bless.
Thank you for the information my Brother Ginno God Bless You and Dazle and Leana
@@raymondking1793 You’re welcome my brother.
Hey Ginno since you’re shopping, do they happen to sell tortillas in that area Kalibo I happen to make everything into a burrito…😂🤣
They have tortillas at Savemore Kalibo and SM Cherry Kalibo. They are in the frozen section area. I make breakfast burritos with them. The only fresh tortilla that I've seen here is at S&R Iloilo City by the bread section. Same brands in the U.S. like Mission tortilla.
Which brand car are you using? Suzuki E spresso?.
Our car is a 2019 Toyota Wigo. It's been a great car for us. Zero mechanical issues since we bought it new in November 2018.
