There has to be a limit to the abuse humans get away with I suggest that after the animals are removed from the property then the town should be responsible to destroy all items on the property and either destroy the buildings or renovate them at which time the town should be able to sell the property to recoup costs of cleanup/restoration any amount over their costs then are donated back to the rescue groups involved in the initial removal of the abused animals. The people that do this should NEVER be allowed to own any property and only supervised rental by whatever state they try to live in.
I think where you find these places they should be just as much held responsible as a person that's doing this torture to these animals because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to go ahead and know that there's places like this that exist and people don't say nothing or do nothing about it. Until they got to go ahead and do something or it might come back and slap them in the face then it's too late. So I think everybody should be held accountable. The things that really ticks me off is AKC and other companies that register dogs is they allow this to happen to the dogs. I was a hobby breeder of chihuahua's for 40 years. My one male a 3 or 4 females were my babies. They lived in the house, they slept with me, they were family. I worked to improve the breed, to breed out bad hereditary illnesses. Spending $1,000 on vets etc to deliver healthy dogs to people. Then in the late 80's AKC got greedy and sat quietly by and watched each puppy mill grow to hundreds of dogs. That's when I burned my dogs pedigree papers and began rescuing. AKC is suppose to inspect these breeders and yet inspectors looked the other way and I think were and still are paid off to look away. AKC needs to be brought down and exposed for the animal abusers they are!
So how many years have you been trying to gather evidence? It looks like you're slacking on your job whoever you are so don't give us the pity. Oh I'm so and so and I've been investigating this. The looks of all of this should have been shut down long time ago and you should lose your job because you ain't doing it
