100+ Animals Rescued from Puppy Mill and Cruelty Situation

Approximately 40 dogs and more than 75 other animals were rescued from a Gates County, N.C., property after local law enforcement became concerned about this facility when a consumer filed a complaint regarding an emaciated horse. The Humane Society of the United States, SPCA of Wake County and SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina were called in by Gates County Sheriff's Office to assist in the rescue and removal of the animals.
The little Boston at minute 2:13 is my Mia. I adopted her from BTRNC this past April after she went through her heartworm treatment. She is a little angel and I am so thankful to have her. And yes...she is being spoiled absolutely rotten. Thank you to the groups that went in and saved these poor souls.

It's hard for me to look at starving animals, it's sad, loving, and gives me happiness that they were saved, it's just heartbroken to see them starving. Or hurt in any way!
When I'm older, I want to own tons and tons of property and have a ranch/sanctuary with all kinds of animals. There would be dog that are neutered and can run freely in giant fences. If the weathers bad, they can have a warm barn to stay in and people can adopt them

My parents close friend saw a puppy thrown out of a car window and drove off in a parking lot. My parents close friend didnt know what to do with the dog once he got it from the parking lot. Wasnt sure if he should keep it or, let it go or what so he handed it off to my parents regardless if they wanted it or not and my parents. The puppy had a seperation anxiety problem (much much smaller now). Now here we are 11 years later and je is treated like a prince and is my very best friend since he and I were born (we are weeks apart in age). Cant imagine life without him!
I also have a kitten which we got for free from a farm that was very well run with food, and toys where cats and there families may play together! He was very well behaved and very little and he is also one of my best buds! The lady was very kind and just had one/two too many cats/kittens and was willing to let one go! She was very serious and asked us everything from how he would be living to who with!
I was horrified to see the little puppy eating feces because he was starving, I say let's enforce the same punishment on the offenders
I can't argue with this. The rabbit was the one that made me sad.
I have 2 pugs 1of them is a rescue and he is scared of loud noises and when he goes outside he stays on the concrete but not the grass u can tell he was kept inside, abused and got no fresh air but he is so sweet and lazy and me and my family give him so much love 💙

I'm so happy the those animals were lucky enough to have you guys restore some life back into those poor babies. Thank you so much! If I was one of them I wouldn't imagine going through that. Animals are strong beings. They go through tougher situations than most humans. Even the smallest animals. Brave souls.
When I'm older I'm going to own a veterinarian and animal shelter, complete with air condition rooms, toys, two meals a day, plenty of of fresh water, and how it will be a no-kill! You people are the best, most amazing gifts from God, and, all dogs go to heaven :)

I had a Boston named Willie and we had to put him down because he had a tumor in his spine. But even when he was in so much pain he still waged his tail and was generally happy to see us. He was like 13 which is the oldest a Boston generally lives so he had a long happy life.
I am so thankful that my babies never had to go through something like this.
