Quick question, because I am unfamiliar with newer Tamas. If you remove the batteries, does it save your file? Or will this reset the device?

Also yes it saves your file! That’s what’s so great about the new tamas- you can change the battery and not worry about losing any progress

A lot of adults refer back to this English language that was taught throughout the schooling years, especially when socializing and in public as these abbreviations often do not compute well. For any further info contact bookstores in your area to begin your search for a dictionary 🙃.

Found it under my couch after a month. It was on my nightstand and my cats had played with it and knocked it under my couch.

I woke up this morning and my lovelitch died. I wanted to scream! I was taking such great care of her. She is my favorite. I’m not ready to move on yet. Now I feel bad everytime I look at her.

I'm trying to decide between getting this (imported from Amazon US because Canada never gets nice things) or importing a Tamagotchi Smart. I really like the Smart and I have a Vital Bracelet for Digimon so I'm familiar with what Bandai is doing with these cards, and I have Japanese Meets/Mix devices. Really it's coming down to whether I want an all Japanese device with text I can't read again (and Tamagotchis have way more text that Digimon V-pets) or if I want to go with a Pix and have English text but finicky touch buttons (everyone I've seen try to use them has problems with them). What to do? Also love your channel and subscribed!
Hi Michael thank you again for the support and the comment! I really do appreciate it so much! Why not get both? Haha! I see the dilemma here, that's a tough decision to make. Canada didn't get the Tamagotchi PIX? I thought Canada got the same devices as the US but sometimes released later on. Maybe I'm wrong? Either way, I really do love the Tamagotchi PIX so I am very biased here. I would say get it, you get used to the touch buttons but they do act up even after you are used to them. It often confuses the B button for the C button for me and I end up canceling an action that I didn't want to. Let me know what you end up deciding! I too have the Digimon Vital bracelet imported from Japan and saw that the app is all English now! I am super behind on videos and need to film that one still, but I should have a video about the digimon someday soon ;) Thank you again, I just love chatting about virtual pets!!
@@JillGrygas Me too. I’m a Tamagotchi/Digimon obsessed gaymer!! So is my husband. We both love the Vital Bracelet. And I’d say my absolute favourite Tamas are my Devil Gotch & Angel Gotch (both pristine and with original packaging. I really lucked out on those). I did actually about an hour ago order the white Tamagotchi Smart off eBay. I couldn’t resist, the 1996 sprites had me! And knowing I can get the smart cards along with Digimon cards off Amazon JP later on sealed the deal. I might get a Pix eventually and hopefully if the Tamagotchi Smart gets a smartphone app, it’ll be updated to English too! As for Canada not getting the Pix…we got the On device but not the Pix. I’d have to import using Amazon US which is fine but still costs import fees.
@@Wiseguy1138 I think you made a great decision. I love the PIX but I think the Smart will hold our attention longer, and you are right, who can resist the 1996 sprites! I'm glad you were able to find one! Keep in touch when yours shows up, maybe we can compare notes! :) Also I'm excited to hear you and your husband both love the vital bracelet. And I'm also super jealous you have a devil gotchi. I had an Angelgotchi back in the day but I have somehow misplaced the back to it! :( I think we may try to 3D print one...

Hey guys go to 4:16 for a straightforward answer! In summary though; you do have to start over if you had a previous generation. Also it’ll make you retake a quiz. But you keep your previous items and start a new generation so that’s a plus!+

How do I change the settings lol I was setting my granddaughter’s and it’s on Spanish ?
I did a little research and it looks like there isn't a way to change the language in the settings menu. You can reset the device by pushing the reset button on the back of the device (it should be below the camera and you will need something long and small to get it). After you reset it you can fully reset the entire thing and start over. There will be an option to keep your current settings and you don't want that. The top option should be continue and the bottom should be reset all. Let me know if this helps!
Hello. You’re so much fun to watch. I have been playing tamagotchi forever on my phone for a couple days and having so much fun. I decided to buy the pix. I have no idea how to get the milk bottle back or is that just gone bc she evolved once? But the only other item is a bagel and he won’t eat it. I want to love playing but I feel very let down. Any suggestions? Should I keep at it and not give up on it so quickly? 😔
Thank you for the nice comment! I appreciate it :) Once you are past the baby stage you can no longer feed your tamagotchi the milk bottle. You should definitely keep at it! When it becomes an adult it doesn't like to eat the bagel anymore. You can go to the restaurant and feed it different things to find out what it likes! It is definitely very different from Tamagotchi Forever but I think you can still have fun with it!

How do I reset my tamagotchi or make a photo album for it? When my tamagotchi was asking about the photo album I accidentally put it in petting mode. And it just asked if I wanted to reset or not and I pressed continue thinking that it would reset all my progress and not send it back to the ufo thing.
Do I just let it die or press the reset button?
Hi! I'm not following what happened to your Tamagotchi. Did you change out the batteries when this happened? I feel like I've accidentally set mine to pet mode and I was still able to make the album after and send it home.

Oh no I'm so sorry! Yeah if you push the reset button it will erase all your progress. If I remember right hold down the left button while tapping the right button to get a new egg.

Hi Elementro! Unfortunately you can't turn the volume down. You can turn it off though! When you go into the menu on the second page there is a gear looking icon. That is your settings. In there there is an option for "sound". Select that and you will be able to turn the sound off.

Hi Stardust! You cannot get married in the Tamagotchi Pix. After about 7 days your Tamagotchi will ask to return home to the Tamagotchi planet.
I have a question, the background of the Tamagotchi Pix death is different in some videos I watch, sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it’s rainy, sometimes it’s a sunset. Does it depend on the relationship?
That is a really interesting observation! I'll try looking into this more. I've been good about making sure my Pix doesn't die, but my Pix Party recently died so I'll take a look and see what background screen that one has.
Guys btw when your sleedping you can change time so tamagotchi sleeps. You can wake up after sleeping hope this helps!

opps… my tama had like 4 skull signals around it and had the alarm sound while i was sleeping. couldnt reach in time to revive it xD

The gameboy ones are just terrifiying like the gameboy three it just starts blinking and then gives with dramatic death sence. But the gameboy...IT JUST LOOKS LIKE UR SCREEN GLITCHS AND THEN A CROSS

Hi Lenka! Yes, if you were to buy a Tamagotchi Pix from someone and put in some new batteries there will be two options when you get started. One is "Continue" and the other is "Reset". If you choose "Reset" it will delete all the information from the previous owner and you will be able to start everything over. I hope this helps!

Are you asking about the screen? Yes after a bit of time the screen will turn itself off to conserve the battery.

Hey! You should be able to keep tapping the A button when you see your tamagotchis status to get to other screens!
If you are taking really good care of your tamagotchi and it dies is it just a natural thing like old age?
Hi Gaby! That's a great question. Depending on which type of Tamagotchi you have, this is true. For the Tamagotchi Pix your Tamagotchi will try to go home after 7 or 8 days. If it dies before that then you neglected it at some point and it passed away. For some types of Tamagotchi they will die of old age, like the original Tamagotchi and the Tamagotchi Connection.

Hi Bee! There is no way to turn it the tamagotchi. If you want to conserve the batteries and not use it you will have to take them out. I suggest getting a set of rechargeable batteries!
@aquila 76 It's been a while for me, I remember swiping down on all of the buttons like you do when it gets sick. The manual states to press the a button (left button) while holding down the C button (right button).

Right when I was gonna make albums for both my Violetchi and Orentchi died. I was so pissed.
That is honestly the worst when they die right as you were going to make their albums. I found that you can't leave them for too long after they ask otherwise they will die! :(

Hold your finger on the right button (C) while tapping the left button (A). That should work. I'm not sure how I got it to work in this video, but that combo definitely works and I've done it in my other video about the Pix Party :)

Mine is an adult and he's 6 years old, as I don't like waiting for him to go to his planet and leave me an egg, the ninja came out because of a silly mistake. Let's see if in the second generation I get mamechi and I'll keep him Even so, I will keep a qr of my old tamagochi to scan it in friends and invite them to spend time with my new tamagochi when the ninja becomes independent, greetings from Spain.

After about a week your Tamagotchi will want to go home. If you don't make the photo album then your tamagotchi will end up dying. I'm sorry that happened to you!

That's so exciting! I think by now you've learned that your Tamagotchi will evolve after about a day or so to the teen stage and then another day or so to an adult. Which adult did you get?

That happened to me that this morning and then my brother just got a pencil and then just there's a reset button at the back you just have to get your pinky or something to get the button
You have to be careful when you reset it though you usually have to start over like it was brand new! I don't like to lose my progress so I will start it over by doing the button combo: Hold down the right button while tapping the left.

Hi killjoy! That worked for me, but I am hearing from other commenters that it doesn't always work for them. The official way to restart is to hold down the C button (right) and tap the A button (left) and it will restart! I hope this helps :)
How long does it take for a grown tama to die? Im asking this because I received the same tama for a third time and I dont feel like job training it again.
That is the worst when you keep getting the same tama! I think it takes a day or so of completely ignoring it to die.

Bruh help 😭 I got a new tamagotchi pix and after raising my first tama up to an adult and it said he was 7 years old but then I checked on him today and it shows a gravestone 😭 why did he die instead of being “sent back to his home planet”

It's the same thing you do when the Tamagotchi is sick: hold your fingers on all 3 buttons and it should work! :)
What happens when you reset all on tomogochie pix
If you reset all it's like when you first got it and you had to put all your information in. Nothing you did previously will be saved if you reset all.

btw i did have my tamagochi did die because i was at schoo lnd when i got hoe a heard a noise so i checked my tamagochi and there wwere gohst floatng around it and then it died...i was unhappy because that tamagochi that died was my favorite character :(
Do you have the Pix? You can send your tamagotchi to the baby sitter during the day while you are at school! That should prevent this from happening to you again 😃

Oh no! Resetting it is okay too, but the button trick is a bit easier to get it to restart :)

I woke up to beaping and I didn't know what it was, then I heard a ------------------- beep noise and I paniced fell out of bed and grabbed my tamagatchi to see it dead. And started crying- 😭😭
