    Good morning, any idea how to troubleshoot a (brake abnormal alarm)?

      Hey, I would say it's a pain to troubleshoot.
      There may be quite few things that can cause it.
      1. It can be the servo amplifier
      2. It can be wiring issue (between brake and servo amp)
      3. It can be internal harness issue
      4. Check for cracks around the brake
      5. Measure resistance for each brake.
      You can also listen to the break release, check if you hear a click.
      Might be a servomotor issue as well.
      First of all try to find out if you can hear if the break releases when you hold deadman and try to jog the axis and go from there
