- Foiling at home is not easy at all with these ridiculous foil bans so you have to look outside the box. Keeping the public safe at the beach means you should go foil waves that probably should not be foiled haha.
I made a couple but mostly had to go around the section on most because it was too big with large period and too low tide.
thanks @surfupeasternsuburbs for the drone video.

A award you the 'Ballsy', polishing the 'Darwin'. Lol, great work!
Dude you’re freaking me out with those head first dives… smashed my face on a reef a couple years back doing that. 😅 love that you’re pushing boundaries though. On bans: it’s like the start SUP’ing all over again, greedy people f*cking it up for the rest of us.
Just two old head lifeguards with nothing better to do wrecking it for all. Unfortunately Australia loves bans so lots of other beaches are looking into it
That was cool. Yes sketchy for sure. It keep folding over on the inside and once you we're in, it wasn't easy to get to the safety of the shoulder. Thanks for sharing the stoke.
Yeah that inside section is very average. I got out fine on video but use to get washed right into the rocks there when we use to surf it. The current sort of trap you in there
Sickkkkkkkk!!!! Enjoyed the content!
Thanks, I’m trying to mix it up with more then just action, b-roll is the most interesting part
Whatever it takes!
Yew. Thanks Kai
Hahahaha that's so scetch but I love it !!!!
Definitely better than nothing. Unfortunately even this wave rarely break
Shipsterns mini.
Glad the boogie didn’t follow you on any of those! Hectic if that got caught up!
Foil ban in Sydney? For what reason?
Head lifeguards say they are more dangerous than surfboards. We have never had an injury here. It’s simply old surfers who do not want to see Foiler’s spoil their fun
@@oceanpixels9408 And they convinced local authorities to ban foils?! Oh my… we had a foil ban a couple of years ago in my home state. A group of people took this to the courts and last year authorities agreed to test it throughout the summer season and this year it’s fully legal to foil again. This was about the danger of foils to swimmers… with no empirical data of course…
lol! imagine paddling out and seeing a foil coming straight at you in the whitewater. i have a scar down my spine from one of those fucking things. just glad it missed my head by inches.
@@oceanpixels9408as opposed to fin chops from surfers. 🤡🤡🤡
Raft guides see that instantly. Huge hole
I have never felt anything like it before. Totally sucked my foil down.
Foil bans are so silly. Surfing is inherently dangerous. Tradition surfers seem to have decided that the amount of risk you take on surfing on a normal board is the exact right amount of risk we should take, and anything that’s riskier should be stopped.
It’s all arbitrary and based on nothing
Few chicken nuggets
foil ban, that sounds awful.
Its the worst dealing with stupid people making stupid decisions
Foil boarding a rocky break. Diving head first. Kooky as music. Oh all the joys of being a foil boarder and being brave enough to document this embarrassment on the internet
I’m always trying to learn from people better than me. Teach me how to improve
