- The Tow Boogie- What is it and is it fun. My opinion is YES.
No longer do you need to wait on a late tow partner or deal with their bad driving. Another big advantage in my opinion is that you can use it to explore the coastline and ride multiple breaks in one session. I hope you like the video and ill try to up my game in regards to audio quality next time

I had a DIY tow boogie and no way it could have performed this well in that much surface texture. These guys nailed it. Even the paddle out, my boogie would usually flip/not handle punching through white wash on the way out.
Cheers Jason. The inflatable hull solves so many safety, design, manufacturing and logistical issues, and then it performs great as well.
Similar to an inflatable boat, a bit of flexibility in the hull helps absorb the bumps and chop - so much better than my initial body board version.
Thats a masterpiece, great edit!
wonderful. hard to believe how fast all of this is changing. I love it!@
Yeah it’s so good. Out of the 3 new major electrical technology advancements I feel each one is better than the other in particular conditions. Its up to the user to figure out exactly what they want to do
Great video, can't wait to get mine!
Does the tow rope ever tangle with the prop assembly when it gets rolled in the surf ?
It can do, but not very often. My rope looks brand new after 3 months of use. The ropes are custom made using a coated dynema which is pretty stiff so it doesn’t coil up.
If it does get tumbled I keep my finger on the throttle so it’s always got some forward speed which helps a lot.
The biggest damage to the rope surprisingly comes from the foil going over it

Is this takuma e-tow? Or different company? Could not find “tow boggie” brand there
Takuma brought out the concept first? This is a different company with its own take on it
Zerotow is the brand you’re looking for.
Dude spelt it wrong to keep you from actually finding it.
Boogie not boggie
How long does the battery last have full thrust
Its hard to say as each session is different. Probably the most consistent measurement is distance travelled. I am averaging 15-20km. That equates to between 1-2hrs. Note that light riders like oskar can do 2-3 hrs.
Video title misspells the product name.
Will change thanks for pointing out
